Ava's New World

Rate this book
Ava has a secret that could shift the balance in a world divided by wealth and technology. Although she’s inherited her father’s ingenuity for robotics and engineering, Ava has transcended her tech roots. Now, she’s on the brink of a discovery that could transform the very fabric of society. If she can stay alive long enough to share her secret, it could mean saving millions of lives or destroying humanity. Ava’s life in the West End is gritty and bleak, with few freedoms, strict curfews, and constant surveillance. In stark contrast, New Eden is a thriving metropolis, a testament to artificial intelligence technology’s true promise and potential. Ava yearns to bridge this rift, creating a new social order with unbridled opportunity for everyone. But something outside her control doesn’t want Ava to succeed. She needs help but has few options. When someone attempts to kill her using technology that shouldn’t exist, Ava knows she must risk everything to save herself, and the technology she knows will change the world.

this book was okay! it was short, less than 100 pages, so the story was kind of rushed (maybe i’m just used to reading longer books). but it had a lot of very big technical terms but also it had a couple of spelling and grammar mistakes.

My only complaint is that it was too short. I wanted to hang out with Ava and Leo a while longer! The story moves along nicely and everything is well explained for non-techy people (me) without dragging the story down in any way. This is not my usual genre, so to me, it was very creative and outside the box, but I'm not a good judge. However, the fact that it isn't my usual genre and I really enjoyed the story says something.

loved this book

This is a great book, but be warned it is a cliff hanger. Saxena spends a great deal of time introducing you to Ava and her world, then leaves you stranded . so hopefully the next book will find answers to all our questions.

very interesting read

A very interesting read. You get sucked into the story and is rooting for the character as you get deeper into the story. Looking forward to the next book.

too short

Good story line and well written. Too short and obvious author’s intention is to encourage buying sequel at her than to inform or entertain.
