Kelly Finley continues to surprise me and reel me in with her captivating story telling abilities.
The way she comes in with a duet, bringing me Redix & Cade, which by the way, I knew I’d fall in love with even before diving in here.
And the spice? It’s a 10/10! I recommend.
If you’re looking for something deep, meaningful, filled with exploration, acceptance, overcoming obstacles and trauma, add in some of the best spice ever written? Then look no further.
Second chance might be becoming one of my favourite tropes, I’m here for all of it!
I can’t wait to continue onwards!

Wow! I don’t know what it is about Kelly Finley but every book I’ve read has been phenomenal!
There is so much angst and steam that I’m just obsessed!
I love that this book has both After Him and With Him! Just being able to flip the page from one book to the next was AMAZING!
This book is full of emotions, and second chance that I’m kind of speechless!
Redix and Cade are probably some of my favorite characters of hers!
I took my time reading this book because I didn’t want it to end!
I’m beyond lucky to have received an ARC of this and it is a must read for everyone!

My heart wasn't ready for Cade and Redix...the absolute destruction and trauma they've been through. Kelly takes you on a journey!! And prepare for all the angst, the angst, the angst.
Cade has devoted her life for the past ten years to revenge...and she's determined to see it through. Three men took everything from her and now she's going to destroy them. The only problem? The man she has loved her whole life just came home...and he wants her.
Redix has drowned himself in alcohol and drugs for nine years...trying to forget that night. And if he couldn't forget being numb did the trick. But he's pulled himself back together, he's sober and he's going home to see the only woman he has ever loved.

I will never get over how amazing Kelly Finley is! She is most definitely The Queen of Spice! This is my second ARC from Kelly and I couldn't be more grateful.

KELLY!!! The Queen of Spice has risen!! 10/10 HIGHLY Recommended.
Cade and Redix are a couple who you would cheer on. Cade spent 10 years seeking revenge on 3 men who hurt her in ways that destroyed her. Sadly, one of them Redix is a man she never got over. Almost like the one who got away, but you want to hate dearly. Redix's wants to numb the pain from that night so he drowns himself in drugs and alcohol because if you're numb you can't hurt. Right? But he still loves Cade and he's willing to go after the one he loves now that he's sobered up. Their love is one you fight for. True love. But when Silas enters the picture.... DAMN!!

I wanted to say I started Kelly's books when All of him was first released. I always told myself I would go back and read Cade and Redix story,BOY! am I upset I didn't do it sooner.
Your mind, body and soul goes on an emotional roller coaster throughout this whole duet. Redix broke my heart throughout the first half of the book and I wanted to jump in and beat some sense into that man or something else (LOL) The attraction this man gives off just rolls of the pages.. I felt Redix’s pain. Silas enters the atmosphere and hes makes things whole again. He is the king of bringing love together and how seamlessly Cade and everyone just fell together. It was hot and steamy but amazing plot too! Silas will steal your heart, it was definitely awesome to see him find his way in the end.

The first time that I read Kellys books was when she released Silas book and I loved his story so much. Needless to say I also fell in love with Redix and Cade. I loved that I finally got to reading their origin.
Kelly has the great ability to not only add the best spice scenes ever to the point that the pages could melt after you read them due to the amount of spice, but she is also able to add the angst needed to the stories. So happy that I get to add this book to my bookshelf. a

The Queen of Spice has stolen my heart! Putting two books into one with my absolute favourite characters has made my year. Being able to read about Cade, Redix, and Silas's sexy times non-stop is the icing on the cake. These three have been through so much heartache to reach a beautiful ending. I love how dedicated Cade and Redix are to each other. A decade is a long time to carry a torch and not let it be extinguished. Then, to have Silas join in to complete their throuple made my heart so happy. I can't get enough of these three.

The tale of Redix Dean (gorgeous golden boy mmc) and Magnolia "Cade" is a heartbreaking story of childhood best friends turned to lovers.
A traumatic event when they are 18 rips their worlds apart and sets them on a harrowing journey of self discovery, loniness, depression, addiction, and revenge.
The first book is their reconnection story after 10 yrs of being apart. Cade and Redix have a magnetic and at times volatile connection.
The 2nd is their learning to forgive and accept themselves and eachother through loving a 3rd person in their relationship (Silas).
The spice be spicing in this duet! Also check TWs. Wasnt an issue for me but it does deal with some darker themes throughout both books.
Overall I enjoyed the overarching plot of the books, the spice, and the cast of characters. I will continue on with reading the storys of the side characters.

After Him: My heart is still spinning after finishing this book. At times I didn’t know if I wanted to scream at Redix for running, to stay and fight his demons or hold him for because of the reason he was running. So much pain at the hands of these miscreants. But the ending! I need to the next book now.
With Him: Holy smokes! This book set my kindle in fire and I loved every minute of it. The sequel was more than what I expected but in such a good way. I would totally recommend this author and her books.

This duet is the most AMAZING thing you will read. Cade and Redix have one hell of a story not only together but apart as well. As you read, you will feel everything from happy to devastated. Redix and Cade love each other and are willing to do anything for each other even if it means hurting themselves in the process. Throw in the mouth watering smut, and you won't know what to do with yourself! I will FOREVER recommend this to everyone and spread the greatness that is Kelly Finley!

And please, let’s NOT forget, the insatiable amount of spice! I seriously can’t get enough of Kelly’s writing! The queen of spice is a title well deserved!

This duet is absolutely heartbreaking and the best thing you will ever pick up. The first half is MF and it is just thrilling and heartbreaking and beautiful. You can’t help with falling in love with the 2 main characters. The second half you meet the sweet sultry Lowcountry prince Silas. It is a why choose MMF and you just feel like you want him to find his own princess and you get flung right into all for him. You need this duet. This gorgeous duet was the start of it all for me.

This story rip your heart out, rebuild it, and shove it back in your chest. Its truly a work of art, spice is off the charts, the emotions it delivers are just heart wrenching and amazing all at once. Just an amazing all around story! I am truly happy it is a duet, I do not think I could have handled not having the continuation in the break between books 1 and 2.

This duet follows Cade and Redix - right from the start we are hit with such a raw story and it just continues from there. These two have so much angst and steam. You will certainly go through a rollercoaster of emotions while reading, but in the best way possible. Kelly has done it again with yet another great read!

Kelly did it again! This book was amazing and I seriously felt the emotions that Cade & Reddix were going through. These two will suck you in and keep you reading! But, I think Silas helped to tie the story all together. The amount of spice on this book was perfect and was what I expected from Kelly! Her books have the best spice!! I seriously couldn’t put the book down.

Kelly has done it again. This duet is fabulous. They don't call her the queen of spice for nothing. These book are really well written and the character development is amazing. Cade and Redix had beautiful chemistry that couldn't be denied. Then throw Silas in the mix and just wow. will forever recommend these books and Kelly. Please run don't walk to read these book. They are beyond 5 stars.

I had been dying to read Redix and Cade’s story and it absolutely did not disappoint!
They burn so hot and there is so much tension! I love all of the character crossovers from Kelly’s other books. Seeing all of the pieces tie together was so amazing.
I will continue to read every single book by Kelly!

This why choose romance was an instant hit for me. It’s hard to disappoint with my number one trope, but this book still exceeded my expectations. It was utterly exhilarating with suspense and a plot twists I certainly wasn’t expecting. And the spice! Chefs kiss. Cade and Redix know what’s up. This is a definite read you don’t wanna pass up.

Wow, I don't even know where to start. I think I'm still trying to cool off, honestly. This duet was such a rollercoaster. Kelly came in strong with the spicy teasing and laid me out. Cade is the kind of FMC we all want to be: strong, gorgeous, independent, and confident in what she wants. These men, though, Cade and Silas, are something else. I was glued to every page.

I feel like this duet FLEW by and I ate up every single word of it! Cade and Redix went through an extreme journey within these two books, and we met my favorite man Silas Van De May 😍
I won’t grovel on Silas too much (see my all for him review for my groveling) but I love what he did for this couple. He was the glue and safe space for the two struggling and Silas helped bring them to understand new parts of themselves

A fun why choose duet. I enjoyed the first book a lot but didn't feel it needed a second follow-up. I felt sorry for the second male in the why choose as you could see that the main character liked the original guy more. I'm really glad that the author gave him another book and a love interest of his own. These books (as all of her books) are high spice so be sure to skip if that's not your thing. Her books are connected so if you enjoy this one be sure to read the rest.
