Poorly written and researched. There was a lot of assumptions about the workings professional baseball, the legal system, and elderly care in skilled nursing homes as well as big stereotypes given to athletes, business owners, and nursing home workers. This book gave me a bad feeling, not a good one. Its lessons were basic and your time would be better spent in a different book by Jon Gordon or John C. Maxwell.
