Unify - book 7 I was looking forward to Connor & Lacy's story and it was interesting. I'm not sure how it will work out if there are several owners at Wayside though. It wasn't explained or stipulated that Connor stays the boss. That was weird. There were only two incidents in the beginning of this book with names mixed up. After that it was free of inconsistencies, which was nice. Unfortunately, with this being the final book, there was no closure regarding Ramona, Scarlet or her friend. That was disappointing. What happened to them? What did she know? That was such a tease in more than one of the books yet the author never disclosed that info. Overall, a very interesting story across the 8 books (7 + 1 novella), but character names and details were often inconsistent, which should have been picked up in editing.
This much anticipated book did not disappoint. It grabbed me from the first chapter. There was action, excitement, and suspense throughout. And, of course, the happy ending we all want and wait for. Thank you, Kari, for another clean, faithfilled, exciting story. Definitely recommend this book, and series.
Great ending to the Wayside Ranch Series! Connor and Lacy finally get their second chance but not without some excitement along the way. If you like clean, suspenseful, inspirational, romantic stories don’t miss this. If this is your first book you will definitely want to go back and read the earlier books in the series!
The series is finished but I have questions. Will there be a spin off with the 'loose' characters like Randy, Victoria and Moria? I enjoyed the series and would recommend it. Though you would predict some of the outcomes, there was also enough suspense thrown in.
Lacy and Connor finally get their marvelous story in the final episode of the Wayside Ranch series. The book is exciting and full of the danger seen in all of the previous books in this series. Lacy is called on to help a friend who has been in an abusive marriage. Will Connor come to her rescue when she becomes the target of a narcissistic man?
Sins of the father affect the sons, yet God forgives sins and brings unity to his children. This series has been an edge of your seat waiting for the next thing happening and rejoicing in the good times and seeing couples who love each other overcome their differences.
I absolutely love this series and have read them all as quickly as I could to get to the last one-this one-where Connor and Lacy finally get there second chance. Even though it is set in the world of human trafficking, that keeps you on the edge of your seat, it is full of forgiveness, hope, and redemption! Unify definitely had a twist I wasn’t expecting!
The sheer volume of typos in these books is outstanding and honestly annoying. They took what could have been a great series and kind of ruined it. I kept hoping it was just happening in the first couple of books but they continue all the way to the end. This series reads like it was written by a variety of authors who had no editor.
Good book. I think it was the best in the series. I didn’t get the whole, I’m going to leave him so he knows I’ll always come back, didn’t make sense to me. But all in all it was a good read.
A wonderful series. Love all the characters and this final story. Human trafficking is horrible. These different stories tell that. Connor and Lacy had so much to wok through but the love for one another was always there.
