Dirty Pixels is a ridiculous and profane celebration of suburban male adolescence in the days just before America got Online. It’s a satirical look at the underbelly of the primordial Internet and the perils of friendship, heartache, softcore pornography, and the interstate transportation of stolen intellectual property.
Overall this book was a 3.5. It was a little slow to get going but once it did, it was pretty fun. It's about a 13 year kid who just got a computer in the 90s and is getting the hang of things. I think I had a harder time getting into the book because I was a toddler in the 90s. I couldn't really relate to some of the stuff but that wasn't because of bad writing. I think guys who were the MC's age would appreciate it a lot more. Definitely not a bad read.
