What a gifted storyteller! The author gently encourages the reader to look inward as they learn from the author’s experiences. Her examples are both relatable and inspiring. She also offers helpful techniques and skills which are carefully woven into her stories so it doesn’t read like a textbook. At under 100 pages I highly recommend this quick and insightful read!
