Oops. Just got caught by my roommate while I’m wearing nothing but my birthday suit. Also, I was in an embarrassing pose and acting like a baby.
He tells me he already knew.
He tells me boys and littles (littles? What are littles?) are all the rage at his favorite kink club.
The following evening, he insists I go with him to the club. The first man I see there is a handsome bouncer but all he does is give me a menacing look. It’s as if he has instant hate for me. Yet I can’t get him out of my mind.
Later that night, Mr. Menacing re-enters my life in a way that has me all but begging for him to be my first-ever daddy.
Please, to all the tubby-soaker, stuffie-hugging, diaper-wearing, daddy-loving gods of the universe, let this first time be perfect. Let me finally have the daddy of my dreams and I’ll be a good boy forever.

Oh this book got me hooked! I really liked the way the whole encounter between Collin and Maddy started and the stalker trope was also something that intrigued me a lot! Unfortunately fell this a bit too short I thought it would keep going a bit longer than half the book, but it still was a really nice add on. I have to say the age-play and daddy/boy dynamic here was something I really adored, It was really sweet, gently but also so so hot! I liked that they were intimate in Maddys little state, because even if their encounter grew more hot and kinky it had the certain innocent with it, what made it really adorable. Collin was such a nice caring and loving daddy and I just loved how much love you could feel through his gestures to Maddy, he really worshipped him.
I would have given it 5 stars but because the stalker trop grew a bit flat I will only give a 4❣️
A short, fast-paced story that is quite low angst. This story was cleverly based on one scene from a previous story in the series. Maddy is an adorable innocent little who is lucky enough to find himself a caring daddy on his first try.
A bit confusing, considering the series overlap and the story development itself, but overall a sweet, low-angst read, which is pretty tame until the last few chapters.
A Daddy for Maddy is the second book in the Little Mister Perfect series by Wendy Rathbone. This is the story of Colin and Maddy. I liked their story. It was sweet, sexy and well written.
This was a really good book. I really enjoyed Colin and Maddy together. These two are drawn to each there as soon as they see each but assumptions were made however, Colin is there when Maddie needs him. These two have some drama in getting there HEA but they get it and they are great together!
I received an e-book copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.
I loved reading Maddy and Colin’s love story. Though it takes awhile to get steamy, those scenes are unique and super hot. The author also has some beautiful descriptions throughout that just make me love the book even more. Highly recommend!
2.5⭐ Colin Greenleaf (35 ans) et Maddy (21 ans) Daddy (M. Menacant) et boy
Intéressant mais manque clairement de cohérence.
📖 Oups.
Je secouai la tête. « Tu m’as lancé un regard noir. »
Maddy is a little, knows he’s different, but doesn’t recognize that term until his roommate, Dan, tells him and explains. When Dan offers to take Maddy to the kink club, he agrees with some apprehension, not sure what he is getting into. The first person he really notices is a stern looking man who seems to be scowling at him, sending him closer to Dan for protection. As they get deeper into the club and get to the Little’s Room, he relaxes more as he takes in the space, settling in as Dan leaves him to his own devices. All goes well until two Littles get into a fight and Maddy is injured, but the one coming to his rescue is the mean looking man, the bouncer Colin. Colin immediately takes Maddy under his care, watching over him and getting him home.
There is an attraction between the two which builds quickly over times together, leading both to hope there could be more for them, when a problem in Colin’s life leads to a threat to Maddy that could ruin their growing relationship. Will Colin be able to give Maddy what he needs and be the Daddy Maddy wants, and will Maddy be the boy to fill the hole in Colin’s life and heart? Only time will tell if they are the Daddy and boy that are meant to be.
Great relatable characters, Maddy craving a Daddy to take care of him and let him be little as much as he wants, Colin a Daddy who wants to fulfill all the needs and desires of his boy, with a playroom to meet anything Maddy could want, both attuned to each other and ready to love. Cute tie-in with other stories in the series, a mystery to be solved and boys to save, plus some spicy kinky times to meet the needs of both. Not a long story but one that held my interest and rooting for the relationship to last.
I received a copy of this book and this is my voluntary review.

A DADDY FOR MADDY is part of the Little Mister Perfect series and it features characters we have met before and that I was oh-so-happy to reunite with.
Colin is a bouncer at Club 99. He enjoys his job but is receiving threatening text messages that Trent is looking into. Maddy has finally been able to put a name to how he feels - through his roommate Dan. Now, I use the word roommate specifically as I wouldn't suggest they have a friendship. Colin ticks all Maddy's boxes, and vice versa.
This is fast-paced and deals with the stalker, as well as spending time with Ozzy, and also with Maddy as he figures out just exactly what it is he wants. And it was all done superbly.
I love Wendy Rathbone's books! Full of feel-good fuzzies and spicy moments, this one also had moments of suspense. A great read and definitely recommended by me.

An enjoyable daddy/little romance with a dash of drama that brings the MC's closer, quicker. Maddy didn't know Littles were a thing until his roommate who is in the community walks in on him with his stuffies. Taking him along to Club 69 gives Maddy his first experience of the community and meeting others like him and those who want him. Colin seems rather stern to start with but the way he treats Maddy is so sweet and he clearly cares a lot with the way he instantly steps in to look after him when something happens at the club. Things definitely heat up between them but it's still in their daddy/little role which ends up being equally tender and hot, and who knew Colin would have such toys for his boy? This is actually my first from the series and I definitely need to go back and read more of it. We also go to spend time with Trent and Ozzy, who sound like they had a tougher time at the start of their relationship but it's adorable to read Maddy and Ozzy together. A wonderful read that fans of daddy/boy romance will enjoy though there is an attempted kidnapping scene on so please be aware if that is triggering for you. I received an ARC and am happily giving a review.
I’ve been curious about Colin and Mandy since their meet cute in a previous book so I was glad to finally see their story. Mandy is a little who didn’t know what a little was so we see him learn about this world, make friends, and find the perfect daddy for him.
If you’ve read past Daddy books by this author you’ll recognise the club setting and the bodyguard MC, Colin. Their story made for a nice Sunday afternoon downtime and among all the usual Daddy/little sweetness we get some very creative uses of a rocking horse and rubber shark bath toys 😏
My only complaint is that, once again, no condom or discussion about safe sex…
(Mini spoiler but not really:) This one is not angst free as some of her other Daddy titles since there’s some stalking. If you’ve read Ozzy story it’s very easy to guess who’s behind all this but of course the point is not for you to play detective. But it was not as heavy as Ozzy’s book (this one was a bit intense)
Thank you to the author for the ARC. All opinions are my own.
A sweet and sexy story about finding love when you least expect it. A chance meeting at a club and Maddy’s world changes forever. When circumstances bring Colin and Maddy together the two begin to realize that there is a strong attraction between them. Leaving the two to wonder if they may have found just what they have been looking for. I enjoyed seeing Maddy and Colin find their way. Their relationship grows and deepens quickly. It was nice to see Maddy figure out what he truly wants with the help of Colin. Maddy’s little side takes center stage in their story and it was nice to see how he and Colin fit together so well. The two make a good couple and I loved the way their story connects to Trent and Ozzy’s book. I was a little surprised at the way Maddy and his roommate’s friendship was portrayed. Dan seems like he wants to help Maddy but comes off as a kind of a jerk and quickly disappears form the story. The author does a good job of mixing the heat and the suspense. I was immersed in this story right from the start and eager to see what would happen next.
From Colin’s appearances in Trent and Ozzy’s story, I was hoping he’d have a story of his own. Wendy Rathbone delivered spectacularly. Colin is a wonderful daddy and his story was well-rounded. This is an age gap story and it is a bit of a slow burn, but it in no way drags. There is plenty of depth. It had humor, love, great friends, a bit of angst, and uniquely scorching spice. Maddy is absolutely adorable. I loved his character and I loved that Colin was so protective of him.
It was nice to be reminded of Valente and Sully’s story, and especially nice to have more exposure to Trent and Ozzy in this story. I enjoyed how they tied together, and watching Ozzy and Maddy form a friendship. The scenes they were in together were powerful and sweet.
This is a wonderful series and I am hoping it continues. I’m a bit intrigued by Cuddles, and even interested in finding out if there is more to Dan or Carlo.
I loved this book! The story of Colin and Maddy is filled with love, a bit of danger, all things Daddy/little and is an absolute must read! The two meet at Club 99 where Colin works. It’s Maddy’s first time there after finding out he isn’t the only one who likes being little. At first, Maddy is sure Colin doesn’t like him but when Maddy gets caught in the middle of a fight between two other littles, Colin’s true feelings begin to show. It is this incident that starts them down the path to being a forever Daddy/little couple but there is just one big bump along the way. Someone is stalking Colin by text. It takes a while for them to find the culprit but when they do, it will bring Ozzy into Maddy’s life. The two boys get close through the danger that follows but in the end, the bad guys get caught, Ozzy and Maddy are ok and they all get to have their happily ever after!
I read an ARC copy of this book and am volunteering my honest review.
This book more than delivers and I loved every minute of it! It quickly grabbed my attention from the first page, and left me satisfied through to the last page. The main characters in this daddy/little story are Colin and Maddy. Colin works as the head of security at a BDSM club. He has a deep need to be a daddy caregiver. Maddy is a barista who has recently realized he is a little. They have the cutest first sighting of each other! Colin and Maddie are perfect for each other. Their romance is sweet and steamy. Some additional elements I enjoyed in this hurt/comfort story included: * Age gap * Size difference * Age play * ABDL worn no soiling * Feeding and carrying the little around * Tubbies and stuffies * Descriptive and detailed spicy times * Toys used in little space * Multiple playtime visits with other littles
This is an excellent addition to a fun series by a favorite author, Wendy Rathbone. Highly recommended!
The author definitely knows how to write a cute, charming DDlb book! Maddy was a gem, Colin was initially a bit of a grump but developed quickly into the daddy that Maddy needed. Decent plot, definitely some spice in the last half of the book, and a good (but fast!) relationship development.
Overall, the story felt a little disjointed. The friendship between Maddy and his roommate felt not so friendly at times, so it was difficult to reconcile what was going on; then he just disappears. Colin had some drama with a stalker that was very prevalent at the beginning, but then was resolved halfway through with nothing really to replace it except spicy times between Colin and Maddy.
Don't get me wrong - the content itself was great, but it wasn't presented in a way that made it easy to consume.
If you’ve read books in the little big heart series, you’ll know that Rathbone writes so that you don’t have to read other books in this series to enjoy the read. While I have read the other book in the little mister perfect series, I didn’t realize there was a Christmas book (A Little Christmas! Ozzy’s secret-actually book one) that ties into this one pretty closely. NO WORRIES THOUGH - the tie-in is written so well I didn’t feel like I was missing anything. I do want to go back and read that one though because billionaires and littles/daddies are my kryptonite. Like many little books, we have some insta-love happening but we also have a stalker and some action which spices it up a little (get it?!?).
Maddy is introduced to the term "little" by his roommate who walks in on Maddy in a compromising position. His roommate then talks him into going to the local kink club where he meets Colin. During a skirmish in the little room at the club, Maddy gets injured and Colin takes him under his wing, feeling responsible for him. They agree to see each other again and from there, develop a strong bond.
This book is enjoyable and so cute, especially during the scenes in which Maddy gets hurt - trying to avoid spoilers. Collin's care for Maddy is instant and intense and Maddy falls just as hard and fast. There is lots of play time with sweet moments and some spicy. Spice level: 2
Maddy got caught by his roommate while in an embarrassing pose and acting like a baby. He already knew and said littles are popular in his link club and insisted that Maddy went with him the next night. The first man he saw there is a handsome bouncer who gave him a menacing look. Later that night, Mr. Menacing re-enters Maddy's life in a way that has him all but begging for him to be his first-ever daddy.
This was a sweet story of how a sweet little met the Daddy of his dreams and made a friend for life when he was brave. I enjoyed the discussions around thoughtr, feelings and emotions. Easy to read this was a MM story with mature content and a BDSM-like DDLB dynamic.
LITTLE MISTER PERFECT SERIES is perfect for readers like me who love this dynamic. Daddies and Littles are always such a great relationship. Certain writers create characters you never forget and WENDY RATHBONE is one of those special intuitive writers. Colin and Maddy, Trent and Ozzy are memorable men who you can just picture. These relationships are real for some and Books like these help people be less judgemental towards relationships that are different. The special love and caring between these characters is what draws me in and fills me with happiness. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK AND THIS LITTLE MISTER PERFECT SERIES!!!!!!!!!!
I love Wendy's Daddy/Little books and was so pleased to see Maddy getting his Daddy after he was injured in Ozzy's Secret and Colin helped him. If you haven't read Ozzy’s Secret then worth doing first as it does give you some insight. A great storyline with really endearing characters and I loved the amount of the story that was dedicated to Colin and Maddy's relationship building as it really helped you bond with them. Some angst as Colin has someone stalking and threatening him but luckily that gets resolved! I thoroughly enjoyed following Maddy and Colin's journey which has some beautiful heartfelt emotional moments. I received a free arc copy from GRR and this is my honest review.
Good story. Maddy's roommate, Dan kindly accepts him and helps Maddy, finally gets a name for how he lives in secret. Maddy is happy to learn he is not alone and there are other people who share his kink. On Maddy's first night at the kink club, Club 99, he meets a mysterious man who keeps scowling at him, Colin. Colin, notices Maddy and is attracted. Colin, is dragging a bit of a burden which influences his behavior. This is a smooth story of acquaintance, acceptance and owning your dreams. There is a bit of danger peppered throughout which adds a bit of heat. This is turning into a sweet series. Sexy cover art! Nicely done! I received an ARC and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Matty and Colin were made for each other. Colin was a grumpy bouncer at Club 99 until Matty walked in the club. Matty, being caught by his roommate wearing his little outfit, was embarrassing, but the roommate took him to Club 99 and showed him a new world. Matty got hurt that night, and Daddy Colin came to his rescue. But Colin's stocker was getting a lot more braver, and that was making Colin worry about his boy. But Daddy always protects his boy as much as he can. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I love daddy/little romances and this one didn't disappoint. When Maddy stuck his tongue out at Colin at that first meet, I LOL and knew I was gonna enjoy this. Colin indeed brought his A game to get his baby boy Colin to have him as his daddy. Colin called himself easy but I think it was fate that brought these two together. Their relationship was sweet and HOT and oh so lovely. I really enjoyed their journey and definitely will stick with this series.
I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book
Fast paced, short and mostly sweet story. The stalker situation was interesting and the resolution had some intense moments and violence. Maddy is so adorably sweet. Colin is intense, which Maddy first interprets as menacing, but soon discovers the truth. Their relationship is quite fast moving, but both men have exactly what the other is looking for, they complete and compliment each other very well. Spicy, sexy times take place in the last half of the book, and this is where their connection deepens into a genuine and sweet love, followed by HEA.
An enjoyable Daddy / Boy story with cameos from some familiar faces from Club 99. It was a joy to tag along with Maddy as he discovered and enjoyed his little side and realised that he was not alone. Having met Colin already we all knew what a great Daddy he would be. There is an element of danger before we see our heroes get their HEA all written with Wendy’s usual flowing, easy to read style, this book certainly cheered up a dreary ‘summers’ day here in the UK. Looking forward to more in the Little Mr Perfect series.
A Daddy for Maddy isn't your typical Daddy/little story, and I was intrigued by the suspense/stalker plot but ultimately this fell a bit flat for me. The first half really focused on Colin's text stalker and once that wrapped up neatly, went heeeaaavvyyyy with the heat. I think if this had been a bit more slower paced and the stalker bit a little more intense I would have liked this more. Overall though, Maddy was adorable and Colin was a wonderful Daddy!
