A song comes on on the radio, as the family plays a game together. The little girl asks her daddy to please dance with her, and he says yes. Just... beautiful.

The rest of the story rhymes, as various animals and parts of nature join in the dance, and they leave the living room and go around the farm. But... it turns nonsensical? A bit like 'Hey Diddle, Diddle'.

The premise is great and the dance is very sweet. It seemed to be a perfect title for a Father's Day present. The illustrations are excellent for suggesting a dance. Read the rest of our review of this father/daughter picture book.
