Lots of final books in a series revolve around the build-up to a big end scene, and about 90 to 95 percent of the time I’m disappointed with how quickly the battle is won. Not this time though; it feels like this entire book is one big epic end scene! The storyline picks up in the middle of one battle, flows over into the next and the next, … I believe this was the first time ever I sincerely thought they fully deserved to finally be done with it. Knowing that our heroine doesn’t even want to be a badass fighter, I really just wanted to award her with a blanket, a good book and a glass of wine or a big mug of coffee, to get the rest she absolutely deserves.

A lot happens in this final book, and there are even some unexpected twists and turns along the way. We get some heartbreaking moments, lots of action and some answers I didn’t even expect anymore.

I truly enjoyed this series. It’s amazing how much happens in the lives of these characters and how hard they had to fight for their own HEA. It’s totally deserved, and I can’t wait to see what story this world will bring us next.

Shadow Fall Part Two is the high-stakes finale of Leigh Kelsey's Kissed by Brimstone series. With Leigh, I'm never sure how the story is gonna go but as always the story was packed with a lot of chaos and a fair amount of humor (seriously read the footnotes), I couldn't help but enjoy diving into the crazy.


You have to be strong to make it through this series, it's a savage beast. The characters are great but they befall one tragedy after another. Throughout this series my emotions have taken a serious beating and just when I let my guard down for the final book, BAM! Leigh savage me all over again.


Kissed by Brimstone isn't a series for the light-hearted. It's about the underdog who no matter how many times they get knocked down, they get back up. Even in this final book Haley and the guys had to get knocked down one last time before they prevailed. It paid off to stick to the end not only was there loads of magic and action but Leigh gave readers a pretty good epilogue. Shadow Fall Part Two is a perfect wrap-up for Haley and the rest of the family. Even though my emotions were brutalized, I really enjoyed this series.

This is the final book for Haley and her glorious mates, Wane, Wyn, Kai, Harvey, and Em and while I'm so sad it's over I'm beyond happy with that ending! Leigh, you wrapped that up perfectly!
The spice, story, epic battles, twists.. literally everything has been plotted to cone to this. The way everyone was involved and the basic non stop war had me on the edge of my seat!
Another incredible series and I cannot wait to read what you cone up with next in that brilliant mind of yours!

So much was packed into this final book in The Kissed by Brimstone series. I'm trying hard not to let out any spoilers in this review. With everything building up to a big confrontation for Halwen and her guys. A few laughs and tears but one hell of an ending I thought. A cracking conclusion to a brilliant series.

Demon Assassin

Leigh Kelsey didn’t go easy, didn’t follow the rules and definitely didn’t go unnoticed that’s for sure. What an absolute epic series, entertaining all the way through, definitely unique and thrown in a lot of twists and surprises.
One hell of a crazy demon, thrilling hot and delicious series you don’t wanna miss.

HEA

They finally got their HEA and everyone was starting to actually get along and heal by the end! There was definitely some points where you didn't think everything was going to work out for the best, but of course it all had to work out in the end
