Averill is around 28, is a PI, and can time travel. She has no idea how the abilities came to her. Her mother was dead. It has been 20 years, her father rots in prison for the crime, and he has not seen his daughter since. She is beautiful. When she time travels, more often than not, she ends up dead and with tattoos of the weapon used. They take on a quality of living on their own, or so it seems! Someone is leaving her clues to her past…of her mom and death! When she tries to capture the culprit, he seems so familiar, yet she cannot seem to grasp who he is! Her partner Kylo, of four years, is tough and over protective where she is concerned.

When they decide to run from the bad men shooting at them, after she has spoken with her father, they will decide to act upon the attraction they share. Then, undercover, they attend an expensive party, where she meets Ansel! The flame and attraction between Ansel and Averill are off the charts! The thing is, she is undercover and cannot resist him on a soul level…just like with her partner! What are these soul shattering connections?

When she discovers that Ansel has s weird ability…of course, in an intense dangerous situation, she is even more at a loss than before! Storm Song is a writer capable of delivering INTENSE, ACTION PACKED, psychological, high heat spectacular stories! This new series is action from the first page the reader opens and stays that way the entire way through~ A new unique storyline that I have not read anything like this in a long time! It is also psychological to a point! She did such an incredible job writing her characters, abilities, and story lines! There are no words to describe the fantastic job she has done! I am intrigued and already hooked! You can feel the instant connection between her new characters…hot, intense, confounding, you can ‘feel’ the emotions pouring out of the pages! Storm has really invested a huge portion of herself in this book~ I know it will be the newest fave of mine and I will be patiently (impatiently) be waiting for the next installment!
