This is an excellent guide about the TPM role within a tech organization. I strongly recommend it to aspiring or junior TPM and experienced TPMs alike. I would even go as far as recommended reading for people who work with TPMs regularly.
Probably I’m reading not relevant books. This book is another example for starters in TPMing. I was waiting for more specific examples, namely some examples of decisions that level 7/8 TPM do. Because I don’t have that info, and wanted to know.
