I had some books which were in a backpack which went missing about a month ago and today miracle of miracles it was found, there were three books I was well on the way to finishing and this was one of them. A non-fiction from Harvard about Emotional Intelligence - an interesting subject and I guess a buzzword for today - it this is more than a buzzword book, it is a series of short essays which are very helpful and make you rethink a lot of things around how you do work and life with an emotionally intelligent outlook. Well recommend.
a good book with a lot of good concepts. but not enough depth to get more stars. really just excerpts from several experts in positivity. maybe even advertisements to read or watch their full product. it worked, I'll watch and read several of the authors works who contributed and I'll try a lot of the ideas described here.
