So Much Packed Into Quick MC

Chaplin is a member of the Dark Angels MC and has lived his life pretty closed off. The hired hacker for the club, Eden, might just be the one to open Chaplin’s doors. They definitely have that instant chemistry but it’s trying to get Chaplin to let himself go that’s the hard part.

With all of the club drama playing out and a couple that has me rooting for them this was a one sit read for me. There was so much packed into this book and now I can’t wait to see what comes next in the Dark Angels series.

This is a well written age gap MC romance between Diesel and Eden. The author does a great job developing the story and pulled me in with the two fighting their attraction and chemistry. She paints her scenes perfectly, adds in strong supporting characters and delivers a terrific read.

Diesel and Eden. Hes the clubs chaplain. Shes a hacker. Her uncle usually hacks for their club but hes going out of town on business so he introduces Eden to the club to hack saying shes better than me. Her first meeting with Ronnie the club prez he brought the Chaplain Diesel. They lock eyes immediately. While shes working hacking a rival club, they keep butting heads and he keeps pushing her away. When the job is up she leaves and he lets her walk away. The prez wants him to take her last payment and that when all the walls come tumbling down he cant resist her any longer and shes his. Instead of being a distraction it makes him better. Then her brother Gabe isnt answering his phone. She trys her uncle Luca again and he doesnt answer. Then she gets a text from Gabe the address is a warehouse and has the Iron Demons logo. She calls Diesel. He suspect Luca but she doesnt. That warehouse is a sie they plane to raid and shes asking him to put her first before his brothers to help get her brother back. He 911's the cops and his brothers. The cops take down the devils and the Angels raid their stash. When the get back Diesels injured. He pushes her away again to protect her. But hes a dead man walking if he doesnt get her back. Loved their story. Has danger suspense complicated feelings push and pull and dening his feelings.

Chaplain is the third book in the Dark Angels MC and this one I was riveted to from the start. The story finds Eden, a computer hacker, and Diesel, a hardened biker and Chaplain of the MC, being put together as he looks after her while she is doing a job for the MC. She is the niece of Luca who the MC has used for jobs before. So when he is not available he instead offered them Eden instead, who is out to prove she is the best at what she does. From the start Diesel is intrigued by Eden and after finding out about her story he feels a kinship with her and protective of her. But Eden is also dealing with a missing brother, the only family she has besides Luca. When she is finally able to find him it is Diesel who will do what it takes to get him back and keep Eden safe....while then making her his forever.

What I liked- the story was pretty entertaining and kept my interest. I did like both characters, even when Diesel got tiresome with his Tortured Hero bit.
What I didn’t- besides the aforementioned Tortured Hero bit, not a lot. The title is not fitting. Diesel may be officially the chaplain, but he has nothing to do with religion or pastoral duties. It was hard to tell exactly what he did for the club, besides looking over paperwork.

Loved hacker, Eden, and MC biker chaplain, Diesel together. Great chemistry from first meeting. It only takes that one special person who is anything but afraid of you to get your attention … love that Eden brought Diesel to his knees. Enjoyed the dynamics between all of the MC bros, including honorary member, Luca. Looking forward to Tap and Jules story. I’m already amused by what a handful she will be for Tap.

Eden is the hacker that the Dark Angels MC call in when they need dirt on their rival MC club. She is also the niece of one of the clubs longtime friends but that does not stop her or Diesel who is also the Chaplain for the club from the attraction they have for each other but Diesel told her that he did not have time for a relationship. With her hacking skills comes danger and now Diesel has to protect what belongs to him.

The Dark Angels MC is looking for a hacker to get information on their rivals, Luca suggests his niece, Eden. Diesel, Chaplain of the club, never expected Eden to catch his attention. He wants to protect her from the world she has stepped into and does not realize the danger she is in.

The more they spend time together the harder it is for him to keep his hands off of her. When she needs his help, there is no way he can turn her down even if it costs him his club.

Diesel is the MC chaplain. His job is to keep everyone safe. He can’t let feelings gel in his way. He has closed himself off to love until she comes along.
Eden is a hacker, hired by the MC to get info on a rival club. The sparks fly from the start with these two. Will Diesel give into his desires or keep fighting what’s building between them.
Loved this book. First in this series for me, can’t wait for Tap’s story.
Expect danger, love, desire, and steam.

The club needs a hacker and Luca suggests his neice Eden to take his place whilst he's away on another job. When Diesel meets Eden he's immediately drawn to her but she's not from their world and he wants to protect her from it, and him. But when she comes to him needing help for her kidnapped brother, Diesel will do anything to keep her safe even go into enemy territory. Well written engaging steamy, age gap, desires, quick MC romance.

This is a good third story in the "Dark Angels MC" series. This is a fast paced, fairly short and quick read that stands alone. It does have connected characters and brothers. This one is about Diesel, the club Chaplain, and Eden, a hacker. Much to Diesel's frustration, she is hired by the club to get intel on the Iron Demons. This is such a good read with two combustible characters. I look forward to Tap and Jules story. I think Tap might be in trouble with that one.

This is the third book in this incredible series, and this is Diesel / Chaplain and hacker Eden’s story.
This is a well written story which is action packed, and has family, friendships, loyalty, danger, suspense, intrigue, drama, emotions, undeniable chemistry, rivals, challenges, and love, which leads to an entertaining, twisted, unpredictable, and steamy, quick paced story.

Chap short for Chaplin hesitant about Eden. She is a hacker and they at the information on arrival gang. Things get dicey when Gabe, Her brother disappears. Well there's a lot of action pack seems be it's steamy or with Realistic street rival circumstances. Strong attraction between main characters. No cliffhanger.

She's a hacker and a virgin.
He's a senior member of the Dark Angels MC and a man with a one track mind - keeping the club safe.
Eden and Diesel want each other, but only she is prepared to take the first step.
Once she does … it goes exactly as you'd expect.
It's got a couple of nice moments but, overall, “Chaplain” lacks depth and has nothing to lift it above the average in an already crowded market.

While this story was pleasant and a nice break, I had to do some stretching in order to make it believable. It wasn’t just one thing that made it tough to swallow but a myriad of little things. Where the story lost me was their rough coupling during her first time. The mini mystery that was to run throughout was more of an afterthought than anything. Didn’t really add to the story in any significant way.

I liked the "I am woman hear me roar' main female character and how she knew what she wanted and was determined she would get. I couldn't identify with the main male character and felt the book didn't portray the "bad boy" biker well. I feel a bit more background at the start giving details of the bad blood between the MCs involved would have made it more interesting.

Whenever I see a book out from this author, I snatch it up. And she doesn’t disappoint with Diesel and Eden. Even though this was a short story, it was packed with chemistry and strong characters who fight their attraction and fail. I’m already looking forward to Tap’s story!!!.

This was nice and short book. Diesel and Eden fall for each other as soon as they met but he fights hard to stay away until one night and after that he couldn’t stay away. The chemistry was good and I loved how sassy Eden was.

I enjoyed reading this book. Once I started reading this MC romance I had a hard time putting it down. The characters are well developed and the storyline grabbed my attention from the start. Diesel and Eden are a great match. I would recommend reading this book. It is wonderful!.

This is the first book of this series that I've read and I loved it. The characters were well developed and relatable. I enjoyed that the story was told in dual POVs and it had plenty of drama, action and suspense wrapped around the steamy romance that I read it in one go. Now I'm going to go back and read the first two books in the series while I wait for book four. Good fun!

Not long enough

This story was a little better. I wish the books were longer. There is so much more we could know about each character.
Yes you get a glimpse of other characters but none of the past women which is sad.
Diesel and Eden were good, but there is so much back story that we don't get. No details, just a rush to the end.

Needs Editing!!!!!

Started off well. Although same issue as previous book in series, littered with typos. In the last 20% of the book the errors actually made it hard to follow the plot. Felt the author could have done with more explanation about why the brother was kidnapped.

Left me feeling a tad confused and disappointed.

Liked this a lot and it packs a good punch for a relatively short book. Gritty, suspenseful story, good spice level (though a virgin? really?) and strong main characters. Just felt at times it was inconsistent. Like it mentions her parents being dead but then her dad's in jail. And there could be reasons. But they're not explained. But still a good un.

Reagan Phillips has written an amazing MC romance. Diesel and Eden were explosive together. Chaplain is book 3 in the Dark Angels Motorcycle Club and I definitely plan to read the first 2. Also anxious to read Juiles and Tap's story next. If you like steamy MC romance this series is for you!

This is actually only my 2nd book by this author. I'm just as happy finishing this book.
Diesel and Sarah make for an interesting couple. The dynamic between them is compelling. The heat between them is scorching hot!!
