Has Dr. Langstrom fallen off the wagon, or is there a deeper, far more sinister, plan afoot? Batman: Mother's Day part 1: 5 Stars. The is the Maps/Gotham Academy story that I picked Batman: The Brave and the Bold up for. A great start and can't wait to see where it goes.

Artemis: The Poison Within part 1: 4.5 Stars. Really nice writing in this one. It's just Artemis and her thoughts. Has me really intrigued.

Nameless: 4 Stars. Nice art. Narrated in an interesting way, as a countdown of Nameless' life. I haven't read a story with Duke Thomas before, but he seems really cool so I'll have to check some stuff he's in.

Lois Lane: The Game: Prologue. 3.5 Stars. I feel like this one will get good as it goes. Just a bit too short here.

Batman: The Cheeseburger. 5 Stars. Loved the black and white art with this story! And such a fun insight into Batman.

4½ ⭐ overall.

———

Batman: Mother's Day: 4½⭐
Fun story, great art, interesting premise, and has me interested for the best part.

Artemis: The Poison Within: 4⭐
Probably the most interesting WW/Amazon's story I've read in the last two years or so. Definitely curious where it goes next, and helps humanise someone that's usually a side character, with minimal usage (these days).

Nameless: 4½⭐
Randomly loved this. And it's probably the best I've seen Duke Thomas used as Signal too. It seems like a one-&-done story, but hints at a future continuation which is fine with me.

Lois Lane: The Game: 3⭐
Not bad. There's not much to it, really, but we'll see where it goes.

Batman: The Cheese Burger: 4½⭐
Fun little black and white story about Batman and Clayface. (And a burger joint). The art is very animé, but works really well. I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would.
