THOUGHTS: I really liked this one! It's my first book by Lizzy Green and I had so much fun reading it. There were sweet moments, but the spice takes the cake on this novella. 4 stars!

Owned By Her Landlord is the short erotic story of the age gap relationship between a 50 year old real estate billionaire and his 19 year old female tenant.
Clinton is a possessive Alpha MMC and tropes and kinks explored include only one bed, virgin FMC and breeding. The story is told through a dual POV and has a HEA.
The build up to their relationship starting was good as were some of the spicy scenes. However, the second half of the story ruined it for me. Some of the language choices made Clinton come across much older than 50 and if I’m completely honest it did start to veer into creepy old man territory rather than the hot silver fox he was at the start of the book. It made the rest of the book hard to enjoy and I was glad when it had finished which is a shame. Not the book for me unfortunately.

This is this author's first book and I can honestly say that I enjoyed it.
I will warn that there is a decent age gap (H is 50, h is 19)
This was short and sweet with a good dose of spice.
Clinton took one look at Mia and knew she was his but didn't think she'd give him the time a day due to the age difference. What made this even better for me was that Clinton had been celibate for over a decade. Yes, you read that right... a DECADE!
I can't wait to see what she gives us next!

Mia and Clinton
This is the first novella I've read by this author, and it was pretty good. Mia and Clinton were really oblivious about their feelings for one another. She thought he was the sexiest man alive and didn't care about his age. He was in love with her from the beginning but held back because of his age. Their story is cute and, oh so, steamy. I really liked it and would probably keep reading books by this author.

Absolutely loved this over-the-top age gap romance novella! Clinton is a wealthy 50-year-old with an obsession — he has eyes on a much younger tenant, Mia. This was a fun story that was sweet and steamy. Big age gap but I loved it!.
