Interesting history of asbestos exposure and litigation in the US, but WAYYY too much homage to plaintiffs’ lawyers as the supposed saviors of Americans and the safety of industry. The last 50 pages were almost unreadable.

Excellent historical documentation of the asbestos industry's cover-up of the cancer hazard posed by their product.

Phenomenally researched, but a real slog to get through. If i were to go back in time and give myself advice, itd be to start in Chapter 8.

I've started this book at least twice and liked it, but then the library was all "Give me back my book!"
