Wholesome for a menage romance
The characters are sweet but lack substance and depth. There was hope for a much more fleshed out book but this story lacked presence. There is no exploration of the romance between the characters or how their personalities reflect each other.
This was a lighthearted and enjoyable read and no not every romance requires sex scenes but this was missing the romance. By the end it was not believable that these characters loved each other and were ready to court with the intention of marriage. The feeling at the end of the story was more one of friendship and I didn't feel like they were attracted to one another physically or mentally.
I also wish that there was much more background about the town of Trio and how it came to be. Since this is the first book about the town of Trio I had also hoped that there would be something more about the dynamics of a trio and growing up with trio parents.
This short story left me with so many questions and I did not get the sense that future books would be answering my many questions. I would say all in all a good start for a fledgling writer and there is promise in this series, but a lot of work needs to be done.

Finding Their Girl is my first book by Mikayla Selover. This book is a very quick read, a good choice for those with limited time for reading. Even though this is a manage romance, there is no sex scenes so it's a relatively clean read. Finding Their Girl is a cute short story and is book 1 of the Town of Trio Menage Series, but can be read as a standalone. This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger.

2 brothers find the girl of their dreams and decide to woo her. This book was a quick and sweet read. Unlike other menage a trois this one does not have any sex, which I did not miss and neither will you.

This is not erotica. Not even close. No sex scene only an introduction to the story.
