Everyone has a purpose in life. Some good, some bad.

As for Aria, she always thought her purpose in life was meaningless. As a kid, she was constantly abused by her parents, and when she got older, her husband Caleb treated her the same way. She believed it was the normal life-style.

Her best friend Piper’s purpose is to remove her from that environment.

Piper’s brother Liam’s purpose was to love her the right way.

So now, Aria must find her purpose in life.

I may have been able to download this book for free, but it costed me hours of my life I'll never get back. The characters (especially Aria) weren't believable and made it impossible to connect with any of them. There were some supposed erotic scenes, but hot they were not. They mostly made no sense at all. One scene in particular has him digging his shoulders into her fingertips, I would think that should be the other way around. The author also had the female, Aria, facing her partner, Liam while he pressed himself into her butt. How does that happen? Where was the editing? That was totally non-existent. Not only were there those technical issues that should have been caught, there was also tense problems, missing words, sentences out of place, misphrasing, grammar and overall flow problems.

I really loved this book. I definitely wish it wasn't a short story. This story had so much more potential to be a complete novel. The author did a wonderful job at bringing the book full circle in only 28 pages.

Aria is such a strong person with everything she's been through. All the things she had endured as a child has spilled over into what is happening to her as an adult. Piper is her best friend and she's always trying to look out for her.

This book, although short, is an emotional roller coaster. There's pain, love and loss all in one.

I give this book 5 stars because I find it amazing how you can get the complete picture in such a small amount of time.
