Definitely a cute story, and this one has a lot of cats!
It's finally time for Ashley and Dan's wedding and, as promised, Razzy, Rudy, and Gus all have a part to play in the wedding ceremony! Ashley's trying not to be a Bridezilla, but it's a bit hard to avoid that when, a day before her wedding, one of the caterers is murdered.
Do they cancel the wedding--or does poor Ashley rely on Hannah and Ben (and the cats, of course) to solve the case?
___________
All in all, without giving anything away, the mystery itself was great, and I liked the addition of the little kitten, Callie, and the "clowder" of cats.
HOWEVER
One star is definitely taken off my otherwise 4-star rating, because the motive of the murderer was...kind of stupid? I mean, it didn't make much sense, and I really wish it could've been something more logical or complete, because otherwise it felt incomplete.
Anyway, another lovely read to tag up for this series!

Here Kitty, kitty, kitty!
I have enjoyed reading Courtney’s fantasy about talking to cats. Maine Coon and Ragdolls are my favorite breeds although I am not picky about the cats I own. I currently have 3 cats living in my home, all are prior feral/strays. They remind me of Hannah’s brood, clear down to the snark in their comments. Razzy is the perfect cuddle bug and I see Gus in my resident male. The way the cats deduce the situations at hand is entertaining and thankfully, Rudy made his way into this family as he is the perfect fall cat! I’m hoping there will be another wedding pretty soon for Hannah and Ben as well as for Anastasia and her long lost love! I plan to continue reading all of Courtney’s series as they are a nice escape from the material I usually read (true crime) !

The Crisis at the Wedding (A Razzy Cat Cozy Mystery # 11) — Courtney McFarlin (18 chapters) Dec. 3, 2022
Hannah BFF, Ashley, is finally getting married but she’s been sicker than a dog and Rudy knows why!
Unfortunately, a dead body shows up too! Can they solve this mystery before the wedding is completely cancelled? And will Ashley tell her soon to be hubby why she is so sick?
Follow along as the gang solves another mystery and help Ashley marry the man of her dreams.
The cats are a part of the wedding group, as Razzy is flower girl-cat and Rudy is ring bearer-cat.
Editing still a little messy, but love, Love, LOVE the series!
Four stars.

I'm not a fan of weddings, but when cats are part of the wedding party, I'll make an exception. I still really liked this one. Gus was so brave in his attempt to find out who killed the kind caterer's assistant. The clowder cats made me think of Erin Hunter's Warrior Cat series.

I'm not a big fan of wedding cozy mysteries, but in this series I don't mind as I love Razzy, Gus and Rudy so much!
Right in the beginning my heart was full of love for Gus as I can't stand cat's feelings getting hurt.
Gus gets to be the star of the investigation, I won't say any more than that though.
Being a book partly about a wedding, it is very sweet and cute, with the mystery woven in very well. The conclusion of the mystery felt a bit far fetched to me, but I still loved this book so much.
The ending had me crying with a full heart, it was beautiful!
I will surely read the rest of the series as well!

It was Ashley and Dan’s wedding weekend, and Hannah was there with Ben and all their cats. The cats met some unfriendly feral cats who still ended up helping out with the murder investigation, and one even got her forever home from the ordeal. Gus took one for the team with his brave venture into feral territory.
Hannah and Ben were sleuthing together while Ben assisted the local detective as well. The mystery was so well-filled with red herrings that I had no idea whodunit. The showdown was a good one that even the cats helped with so their friend Ashley could get married as planned. The ending was pretty sweet when a cat got her forever home. I know she’ll love her new human!

Wonderful & heartwarming! Many tears at the end.
Hoping to read more of the newest kitten to the series. Callie will have a loving home with Anastasia. I very much enjoyed the story line with the all the great characters. I'm sincerely hoping this series will continue on for many more adventures. I really love this series and I'd be devastated if it ended after the next couple of books. So please, Courtney McFarlin, don't end this series!!!!! I've fallen in love with Razzy, Gus and Rudy!!!!!

Hannah's friend Ashley and Dan get married, but the wedding was nearly put on hold when the body of a server is found near the dumpster.
Ashley is not feeling well but Hannah guesses that she is pregnant and little Rudy tells Hannah that Ashley is carrying a baby girl.
A clowder who live near the resort help them in finding the murderer. A little calico who has been living with the clowder since being dumped, has had a hard time living in the wild and Hannah thinks this special kitten would be perfect for Anastasia.

I love reading the books where the animals communicate with their humans I was disappointed when the aventures of Max ended I have read other ones but was disappointing when most of the Animals or pets whatever animal they made with attitudes not good ones either but when I found this one I have not been able to stop reading! All can say is they have great personalities. Well on to the next adventure. I will recommend to anyone. Gus is a loyal and gentleman in fun.Rudy adorable. Razzmatazz bossy but Lovable.

So sweet.
When I have read enough of the Sanfords and Kellermans and I need something calming and sweet and loving, I pick up a Razzy Cat cozy mystery, and they just put a smile on my face. I've read the entire series, and I will continue to read them until there are no more. And that will be a sad day for me.

Backstory rules!
I was preparing to read Resorting to Murder and found two books from the Razzy Cat series listed as introduction to the A Clowder Cat Cozy series. Postponed Resorting to have more info. Glad I did. Have one more to read now before returning to Resorting, but am enjoying filling in blanks before they appear. Crisis is Razzy Cat Cozy #11

Cute series that continues to contain a decent mystery each time. This one was more like a short story though - very quick and condensed in information. Hannah and the team (Ben + all the cats) solve the mystery of a killer at the venue for Ashley's wedding. Meeting a clowder of cats that live in the nearby woods spiced things up a bit.

Enjoyed the entire series. Any pet parent wishes they could actually speak to their pet babies. I couldn’t believe how worried I was about Gus - couldn’t stop reading until I knew he was safe. Look forward to future adventures!

Cats and Humans communicating in English!
It might have been extremely hard to solve this mystery without the fact that the cats could all communicate with the detective and his lovely girl friend.

I very much enjoy the Razzy Cat series. This one was especially good because of the feral cats being included. The interaction was great and Callie gave it a special touch. The wedding theme was yet another happy event. Love this little human/cat family!

A very readable cozy mystery series with Cats which are easy to read in a few hours.
Hannah and Ben are away for Hannah's best friend Ashley's wedding, of course Razzy, Gus and Rudy have starring roles at the wedding.
Hannah can understand each word her cats 'speak', so can Ben after Anastasia gave him a special gemstone to help. They often get involved in solving the crimes Hannah reports on for the local paper, and Ben investigates in his job with the Police.
When someone is found murdered the day before the wedding, Ashley is convinced it's a bad omen, unless Hannah can solve it before the wedding takes place.
Of course, the cats have ro be involved and have a big role to play in finding out who did it, it takes one of them away for a while.
The ending had me in tears, so be prepared! Each book is a standalone cozy mystery, the books are best read in order of publication to preserve continuity of the characters and series.

This one so good!!
I really liked this book. The cats are so funny and being Ashley's wedding they were well behaved. In fact they made an appearance in the wedding.
