The book is an easy read and I finished it within a day and a half only because I ran out of time before I needed to go to bed.
Sadly, the book does not offer any life changing insight into creating a better self-discipline within your life.
There was only one tub-bit that I took away that I will be using. Don’t let yourself slip or not do something more than a day (two days total) before you get back to it. For example: You skip the gym today because your stomach hurts. Tomorrow - you go back to the gym. Even if it’s for five minutes. Don;t let it go 2 days in a row.
Other than that, this book fell flat for me.
