Finding focus is learning to pay attention more mindfully to the reality of life that, for all of us, unfolds in the present, moment-to-moment, day-to-day basis. Mindfulness skills, like meditation, enable is to respond to our present moment realities in ways that are open-minded and open-hearted. Mindfulness opens possibilities for is to find balance and wellbeing no matter what "reality" looks like in the moment. Mindfulness makes it possible for us to find and embrace ways to live in deep stillness, peace and equanimity, regardless of the joys and/or challenges that come our way.
