"Cause Unknown": The Epidemic of Sudden Deaths in 2021 & 2022 & 2023
What is killing healthy young Americans?
2020 saw a spike in deaths in America, smaller than you might imagine during a pandemic, some of which could be attributed to COVID and to initial treatment strategies that were not effective. But then, in 2021, the stats people expected went off the rails. The CEO of the OneAmerica insurance company publicly disclosed that during the third and fourth quarters of 2021, death in people of working age (18–64) was 40 percent higher than it was before the pandemic. Significantly, the majority of the deaths were not attributed to COVID.
A 40 percent increase in deaths is literally earth-shaking. Even a 10 percent increase in excess deaths would have been a 1-in-200-year event. But this was 40 percent.
And therein lies a story—a story that starts with obvious questions:
It isn’t COVID, of course, because we know that COVID is not a significant cause of death in young people. Various stakeholders opine about what could be causing this epidemic of unexpected sudden deaths, but “CAUSE UNKNOWN” doesn’t opine or speculate. The facts just are, and the math just is.
The book begins with a close look at the actual human reality behind the statistics, and when you see the people who are represented by the dry term Excess Mortality , it’s difficult to accept so many unexpected sudden deaths of young athletes, known to be the healthiest among us. Similarly, when lots of healthy teenagers and young adults die in their sleep without obvious reason, collapse and die on a family outing, or fall down dead while playing sports, that all by itself raises an immediate public health concern. Or at least it used to.
Ask yourself if you recall seeing these kinds of things occurring during your own life—in junior high? In high school? In college? How many times in your life did you hear of a performer dropping dead on stage in mid-performance? Your own life experience and intuition will tell you that what you’re about to see is not normal.

well researched and terrifying
I found the information in this book extremely well presented and researched. The terrifying part is that our own government has betrayed our trust. The CDC and the FDA are controlled by big pharma. The fact is that people are dying from medicines and vaccines that are basically rubber stamped for approval. Other countries are leading on truthfully reporting of their findings on the COVID vaccine injuries. Very depressing to know that we are on our own when it comes to medicine. I know that doctors are scared to speak freely. Money and huge egos have destroyed our once great country.

وقتی شواهد نشان دادند که عارضهی مایوکاردایتیس در مردان جوان در اثر واکسن کوید به وجود میآید، دستگاه حکومتی بایدن در آمریکا قضیه را منکر شد (6). این به رغم آن بود که پژوهشگران اسرائیلی دو ماه قبلترش این واقعیت را گزارش کرده بودند. سپس که پژوهشهای بیشتری این واقعیت را تایید کردند، تلاش شد تا ماجرا را کماهمیت جلوه دهند. بعدا مدعای بیپایهای هم تفت دادند و گفتند اصلا خود ویروس کوید باعث مایوکاردایتیس میشود. بگذریم از اینکه تا مدتها به مردم میگفتند این واکسنها از ابتلا به ویروس و انتقال آن جلوگیری میکنند. ادعایی که سرانجام به کذبش اقرار کردند
این کتاب به موضوع حساس مرگهای ناگهانی میپردازد که به نظر میرسد در سالهای 2021 و 2022 شدت گرفتهاند. قربانیان اکثرا جوانانی هستند که ناگهان و بی هیچ سابقهی بیماری مردهاند یا ورزشکارانی که در زمین ورزش دچار ایست قلبی شدهاند. واقعیتی که از دادههای مربوط به نرخ مرگومیر اضافی روشن میشود، این است که در تمام گروههای سنی زیر 75 سال نرخ مرگومیر اضافی در سالهای 2021 و 2022 بیشتر از 2020 بوده. این درست برخلاف انتظار است. چون انتظار داریم که با شروع واکسیناسیون نرخ مرگومیر اضافی کاهش یافته باشد، نه افزایش. حالا سوال این است که دلیل این افزایش عجیب و خلاف انتظار چیست؟ آیا میشود این افزایش را به خود ویروس کوید منسوب کرد؟ خیر، چون میدانیم که واریانتهای جدیدتر ویروس، از جمله واریانت شایع اُمیکرون، کمخطرتر از ویروس اصلی ووهان بودهاند. پس شاید بتوان آن را به عوارض لاکداونها نسبت داد. ممکن است، ولی لاکداونها در سال 2020 هم وجود داشتند. عامل جدیدی که در 2021 و 2022 اضافه شد، واکسیناسیون گسترده و اجباری بود. به خصوص اگر دادهها را دقیقتر نگاه کنیم میبینیم که افزایش نرخ مرگومیر اضافی، به ویژه در میان جوانترها، درست مصادف بوده با زمانی که قوانین واکسیناسیون اجباری به اجرا درآمدهاند. بر همین اساس کسانی مثل نویسندهی این کتاب مدعی هستند این مرگومیر اضافی، که نمودش را در مرگهای ناگهانی میبینیم، در اثر واکسن کوید حادث شده. پژوهشی جدید بر اساس شواهد کالبدشکافی نشان میدهد که مایوکاردایتیس حاصل از واکسن کوید باعث مرگ ناگهانی است (7)
پینوشت: هرروز شمار بیشتری از پزشکان اعلام میکنند که دزهای جدید واکسن کوید را نمیزنند، تا زمانی که دادههای معتبر نشان دهند این واکسن بیخطر است. رتسیف لیوای، استاد سرشناس دانشگاه امآیتی، به تازگی گفته واکسنهای امآراناِی (فایزر و مدرنا) باید فورا ممنوع شوند، چرا که شواهد مسلم و روزافزون نشان میدهند این واکسنها عوارض جدی در پی دارند، از جمله مرگ، خاصه در میان جوانان

superb explanation apolitical unbiased
Bravo Mr.Dowd using your statistical skins and without bluster show the obvious connection between excess death and the vaccine. My wife had myocarditis, cardiac arrest after second dose of Pfizer vaccine and continues to suffer after effects, heart failure almost two years later.

In normal times, a guy like Ed Dowd who's proclaimed as a "hedge fund guru", styling himself a "Free Thinker & Oracle", who declares "The Matrix is real" and wants us to take him seriously as an expert on public health, would be laughed into oblivion.
But these are not normal times.
Currently, a small, loud and occasionally influential minority is embarked on a campaign to spread fear and doubt about pandemic health measures, largely for political and personal profit.
A subset of this group functions as obituary ghouls, seeking out cases of death occurring in relatively young individuals and/or celebrities and jumping to blame them on Covid-19 vaccination. They're not bothered by absence of any demonstrated linkage to vaccines or even contrary evidence establishing the true cause of death - they just move on to the next case to spew more deception.
Dowd has been at this for awhile, for example falsely claiming that a purported big increase in deaths among those age 25-44 could be attributed to vaccination. It turned out that his figures were wrong, and a temporary surge in deaths actually occurred during the delta coronavirus wave at a time when vaccine uptake had greatly declined.

Oh, and while we're at it, let's respond to debunking of our claims by condemning major news media and fact-checkers using the shill gambit, rather than addressing the evidence. Conspiracy promoters just love that smear tactic.
The bottom line is that statistics, however twisted and distorted by people like Dowd, do not show an "epidemic of sudden deaths" due to Covid-19 vaccination. These claims have been sloshing around for quite awhile now, from the alleged "80 young Canadian doctors" dropping dead after receiving their shots (most confirmed deaths were in middle-aged or elderly physicians, with pre-existing conditions including advanced cancer) to nonsensical alarums spread by a few embalmers in "Died Suddenly". Unfortunately, people in seeming good health do "die suddenly". Severe coronary artery disease, which may be familial, can occur in people in their 20s and 30s. In young athletes, undiagnosed cardiac conditions including hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and conduction system abnormalities have been known for many years to place individuals at risk of sudden death. This happened LONG before Covid-19 vaccines were ever developed. The difference is that back then there wasn't a cadre of antivaccine obituary ghouls like Dowd eager to exploit such deaths.

A friend of mine asked me to read this and I am dumber for having done so, the conclusions are spurious at best, at worst some of there so called data is just made up, literally exists no where but this book despite looking at cdc and who databases and multiple academic search engines. As a medical doctor and having a degree in public health I say to everyone avoid this nonsense, outright lies and manipulated data.

Ed Dowd has not based his opinion as a physician. He is a master statistician and has used his knowledge as the leader of the Black Rock fund taking it from 1 Trillion $ to 14 Trillion $ in assets accounting as the 3rd leading GDP in the world only behind China and the USA. His expertise and team have put together some compelling information that can all be addressed with your phone by the QR codes that correlate with the topics to give us some profound insights into the huge upticks in unexplained deaths post Corvid Vax . The Science behind his insights is real and this should be a must read as young people have been dying at an un-explained rate since the advent of mass vaccination campaigns and vaccination mandates.

Please don’t support this author by buying this book. This book uses photos and news articles of children without permission or facts from families. Families have grieved their children’s deaths and now they have to see them in this piece of trash. This book is LIES and speculation.

Mindblowing…
This book confirms it all. It turns conspiracy theory into fact. Every piece of information has the source under it with verified data. The only questions left are why are they still giving the vaccine and why is no one in prison?
I bought the electronic version of this so that I could easily click on all of the links that are provided throughout. Would highly recommend doing the same.

It presented clear facts and statistical data , the basis for which was clearly presented and could be verified by the reader. It did not present opinions but rather mathematical graphs from many sources. Everyone needs to know the information presented in this book!

Everyone with any skepticism whatsoever toward the absurd media narratives we’ve been fed about Covid needs to read this. It’s chock full of data, statistics and math. The numbers speak for themselves: it’s obvious the jabs were instruments of mass murder.

DNF - I went into this thinking it was more of like an Unsolved Mysteries type book but instead it is just a bunch of linked articles without much input besides what the local newspapers wrote about a child's recent unexplained death in countries all over the world.

Having been hugely successful as a Black Rock portfolio investor and a hedge fund guru, his talents of tracking and interpreting data made billions for the company. He also was acutely alarmed when Covid showed up and changed the world. He took notice and began comparing and researching. There are not personal opinions presented nor any persuasive writing to sway a reader to any view. This is a book presenting facts, charts, news. It is documented and there are QR codes throughout it so the reader can go straight to the source and fact check.

Absolutely worth reading. Too bad (I’m afraid) it will appeal primarily to “true believers” rather than those who aren’t yet convinced.) Despite the claim that the author seeks to let the reader form his or her own opinion based solely on the data, I’m afraid he tips his hand about his conclusion way too early. He could have held off and the impact would have been far greater. Maybe the author/editor/publisher could come out quickly with a slightly rearranged second edition?

Very easy to read, but very difficult due to the tragic nature of the content.
I have not yet pursued the massive amount of qr codes because I don't know how to open those links from the Kindle version but am eagerly awaiting the arrival of the hard copy so I can do so.

Stunning analysis of vaccine deaths
Easy to read, beautifully crafted, shocking in its implications. What a book. What have they done? What were the intentions of the governments, pharmacy companies, media? Surely money is not enough?
Easy to read, beautifully crafted, shocking in its implications. What a book. What have they done? What were the intentions of the governments, pharmacy companies, media? Surely money is not enough?

This book has some good text but it appears to be a very lazy author who put together their thesis by cut and paste of news article images. Just saying, loudly!

I do math in a major way, with a long career in software. When pandemic first became a sort of public thing in early 2020, I started graphing data from places like worldometers.org. The statistic that most interested me, considering that we were expecting literal exponential growth, was "Δt to next 100k infections." That is, how long between start and 100k? 100k and 200k? 1M and 1.1M? The 100k interval was chosen because it was a manageable boundary of data being made available. The graph was logarithmic by necessity and showed steadily worsening (dropping, reducing) periods.
Then a funny thing happened: The graph went flat. We started out with thousands of hours from 0 to 100k, and still most of a hundred hours to go 400k → 500k. Eventually we got down to ~24 hrs to go 1M → 1.1M ... and thereafter we never went noticeably below 24 hrs. It even rose some.
The pandemic had stopped being exponential. The graph was flat: It was just another disease percolating around humanity in a constant way, the way flu and strep do. That was early May 2020. We stopped wearing masks, stopped "distancing" (what a stupid word). We took a vacation to Las Vegas in July 2020.
But then the vaxxes started in 2021. And while covid infections and deaths declined, we kept our own counsel about the idea of taking a new medication with little testing and waaaaaaaaaay too much hype. I watched data again. And I didn't, and still don't, like what I see.
My employer, reacting to the administration's demand for "all companies who do business with fed.govt must have all employees vaxxed," published policy for all of us. I reacted to that by demanding exemption. I got it, after pushing on HR a bit, until I gave them a face-saving way to let it go.
I remain unvaxxed. I have a new, horrifyingly bad attitude toward the whole medical profession.
Along comes Mr. Dowd, with a whole career behind him of analyzing data the way I do (in a very different context -- he's from finance, I do engineering simulation these days), and I may have a new hero. He's taken the time to go beyond what someone like me could do, finding all the necessary resources to make the really complete analysis needed, having the "in" to the financial/insurance industry, finding all the all-cause mortality data sources. This book is an excellent summary. The very few who try to discredit Mr. Dowd are, in my opinion, not playing the right game or in the right stadium, and out of season besides.
By now, the data speaks for itself, and Mr. Dowd has given that data a new voice.

I thank Ed and his team for a job well done.
I fought back when my job harassed me by taking me off my job and drove me by golf cart to a trailer off away from our factory to meet with the Plant Manager and Human Resources. When the woman asked me when I was going to step up and do the right thing I thought how ignorant someone could be to hold a high office position in a business and have not researched what was being injected in them. I asked her when they were going to fire me and she said in a week, then she said she was kidding. I was prepared to walk even with having a family and house payments. We are living in a world where some doctors are not that much better than Jim Jones. Vaccines usually takes years to be observed and tried. People panicked. No vaccine or cure should be allowed to be patent; society suffers from the greed. If the world were to trust God instead of man this would not have happened.

As hard as they try the MSM can't explain away the spike in sudden death in the young that coincidentally began with mass jabbing for Covid.
They'll say oh these sudden deaths always occured ...not to this degree.
They'll say it's due to Covid...so let's announce the vaccine status of the dead person and compare the results.
In reality the cover up continues in order to protect a massive industry and through the capture of politicians, the media, the medical profession and scientists.
Those professionals not toeing the line are sidelined, ignored and censored.
They outrageously tried to cover up the test data for 75 years!
Though slowly this is changing we are still far from the truth hitting us all.

incredibly well researched and well written. a truly great book, totally believable, in fact its hard to not believe everything he writes, as he has proof of all the data and includes links to everything. sadly, the info does not really surprise me, but every supporter of the covid shot, and every person who made fun of or disparaged anti-vaxxers, needs to read this book. and then apologize to those they berated for not swallowing the government lies hook line and sinker. i would like to provide a copy to many people i have argued with over the past 3 years.

Mr. Dowd provides when I find the most well researched and levelheaded analysis of this tragic phenomenon, impacting our world right now. We all owe it to ourselves to remove our biases and follow the research where it leads. This was a concise and yet complete analysis.

An excellent analysis of the skyrocketing all cause mortality statistics over the last three years. The numbers are a direct correlation to the implementation of the Covid-19 mRNA vaccine mandates. Dowd provides QR codes to all articles in the book so readers can look at the original source material themselves. A definite must-read for seekers of truth.
