When Sasha saves a black cat from the frigid Detroit winter, she thinks she has found a companion. Someone to make her small apartment feel more like a home. But the cat she rescued is far more than what it seems. When her life is threatened, she finds out exactly what kind of creature she brought into her home. And that the adoration she feels for her new cat goes both ways.
‘Tis the season to be…horny? I had no idea that Adrian Blue wrote so many of these monster eroticas. No joke, any creature or cryptid that you can think of has been featured. Must be a thousand by now. Here, a woman finds a homeless cat that transforms into a manbeast that proceeds to rock her like a hurricane. No plot or anything beyond that. The sex was extremely quick and underwhelming, leaving me just clamoring for more. The writing was of good quality but that shouldn’t have been the highlight here. Very meh for me.
Another short monster romance style read... this time rescuing a kitten from the cold leads a woman to her mate. There's not much to say about this one honestly... we got a lot of details about her rescuing the cat but then there's ONE scene about them getting together then it's just over.
I am still unsure of if the cat turned into a man or if he morphed into some animorph style cat-man. But one things for sure... he kept the tail... and used it on her...
It's like 28 pages so if you are curious I say go for it.
Ever picked up a stray cat, brought it home, and wondered what would happen if that cat turned into a human sized male feline humanoid that decided you were its mate?
I really liked the idea, and was willing to overlook the flat writing (no contractions whatsoever [was not, not wasn’t, had not, not hadn’t, etc.]), and the many plot holes (talking to the cat like a person, and it responding, no kitty litter, etc).
🚨🚨🚨🚨Some spoilers. 🚨🚨🚨🚨
But when she simply accepts him changing into a man, and they proceed not only to have a calm discussion, but then sex … all while there’s a bloody, dead attacker just steps away in her apartment… Yeah, that was too much 🤣 I’m outta.
This story is short, sweet, and spicy. I love this author. They never disappoint. There’s no doubt that what/who you see on the cover is who the MC is gonna bone down with. And you and I damn well know this MC fucked that giant supernatural cat. Spice 3/5.
The impulsive rescue of a stray cat brings Sasha a little holiday cheer. Or, well, at least she's not spending Christmas totally alone. The cat is someone to talk to, likes to curl up beside her, and makes her apartment a little less lonely.
Except...the cat isn't just a cat. He's a beast who will protect Sasha if she ever needs him to. And once she knows Yule's true form...let's just say that the big guy gives Sasha a whole lot of happy times. You know, once she wraps her head around the idea that the creature she thought was a harmless housecat is much, MUCH more than that.
This is my first time with this author and my interest is peaked as to where storylines might go with a lengthier story. I liked where this short was headed but it was really too short for a longer review other than to say I liked this quickie but there was not much to it so I think it was a bit pricey for me to have read it in less than 20 minutes…99 cents maybe should have been the starter cost if this is part or a serial read…but cute and sexiness.
Wow… I was caught off guard on this little gem. I thought at first going into this story, it was a novella of horror kinda a deal. It took me approximately 20 mins to read and I’ll tell ya it’s to bad that I can’t take my time back. It’s not great and not bad. It’s MEH. If you’re a horror fan like me, don’t pick this one up. You’ll be disappointed lol. CHEERS 🍻
It was interesting. This is the second book I have read by Adrian. I am struggling with possibly liking this creature in a monster romance, becasue of the rough tongue licking. Reminds me of when my cats try to lick my hand. 🤢 Hate that feeling of wet sandpaper.
Walking home at night she stumbles upon a crying cat who was severely underweight. She cares for and nurtures it back to health. With one day exposing himself as a monster, who saved her.
This was a good short story. I hope to read more short stories by this author. I love reading Ms. Blue stories they are fun and gives one a small escape into fantasy that let one forget the troubles of the world and just have moment to relax.
It is nothing to take seriously but is entertaining and really short to help get you to your goal. I honestly am just reading them all for fun and don't expect much if anything at all. These short little stories are just meant for fun and just have a good time.
This is new level cat lady book. I knew what I was heading into but I did not think it would be that good. It’s short quick but scratches an itch you did not know you wanted to read about. Also all that fun time with a body around… lol.
She was one lucky girl when she found this Yule cat. He was an expert at stretching her vagina, and impaling her with his barbed penis. The author Adrian Blue did a great job with writing this tale.
I feel like as I get further into this series the story development expands in the beginning. It gives more to the story overall so I really enjoyed that. Also, the smut in this one is top notch LOL.
A great read for the most part, but what about the dead body outside Sasha's door? How did Yule go from having paws & claws to having hands? Are they going to continue to live in a shoebox-size apartment? It felt like the story ended too soon.
I hate how short these are, only for the reason I need more! Give me an epilogue at least! Ugh, if I didn’t love this author’s amazing storylines and different monsters.
Very good, quick, concise character description/development. Except no description of human blood on his lips/tongue. Good human monster description. Thank you
