Low quality writing. Too simple. Big continuity mistake at the end, when Janice (who’s only been working there for six months) says she recognises Olivia from a few years back when Brandon had a pic of hers on his desk.
Risk management mentioned thousand times. Yes, we know where they work, no need to repeat so often.

The plotholes, the writing, the characters.... No, just no.
I really did not enjoy this read at all and debated several times if I should just DNF.... I kinda wish I did.

It was a short, cute story! I liked the read even through the edits I feel like needed to be made. Also like the character development for Brandon. I did not like the comparison he kept doing but had to realize that he was hurt deeply and had to go through it.

Emma however was an absolute delight ❤️ I really enjoyed her character. I also loved seeing the work side of things to with them being in Risk Management!

Could’ve done without the Sighs and Arrghs tho lol

It was more like a wattpad story than a full blown published book in all honesty. Not super well-written but the story was cute. It was a quick, easy read which is just what I was looking for.

I wanted to like this book. It had great potential but the amount of times I read the words “risk management” seriously ruined it for me.
I wish it was edited a little better.

Clean, Closed-door Romance // Grumpy-Sunshine // Workplace Romance // Lighthearted // Fast-paced

I finished this book in less then a day, so safe to say it's a quick read! It's not a super deep and thought provoking book, but I still loved the quick, lighthearted, and clean romance story. I read this book while going through a tough time and this was the perfect lighthearted romance to quickly breeze through and enjoy my time reading it.

If you want a super quick and closed-door romance that will just allow for a lighthearted read than this book is perfect! But if you are wanting something that is very deep and emotional, this might not be the book you're looking for at the moment.

Emma was transfered in a new position, instead they ended her job.
She always heard from her coworkers that in the risk manegment no one stuck, and their was the grumpy Brandon.
When she begin at the risk manegment,Brandon didn’t like her at all, because she s always with that smile and with her clothes all are bright.
But with her sunshine smile she changed everything upside down.

This is a cute story i recomend this book to those who are suffering from heartbreak after the rainstorm it comes the sun, maybe after that love you thought it was that big it comes another one more stronger.🥰

“They say time heals wounds. And I think today time leaped ahead and healed me.”

*Sighs* can’t believe it’s already over… I needed that I haven’t had a five star read in awhile so this was nice. It was quick ,fluffy, very cute, and not heavy at all! No cliffhangers no cheating, just how I like it. Grump x sunshine (grump secretly being a big softie, don’t we all love men like that) and I personally think if ur ever in a book hangover READ THIS. I got it for free on my kindle so I knew it was worth a try, I loved it, the world needs men like Brandon 🤭

She was SO getting on my nerves throughout the first part of the book. Then she calmed down a bit and it was the style that weirded me out. The main problem of this book is the inconsistency. There are some mistakes and the inconsistency of the writing style as well as the plot didn’t make the book that interesting. It has good potential but a mediocre delivery.

Know when a relationship is over

If you can't move on and forget a relationship and you become a person no one wants to be around, it's time to stop and reevaluate your life. Brandon was letting an old relationship affect his attitude and stopped him enjoying living. Read to see if the new girl in the office will be able to reach him and make life better for him.

Cute story

It was a cute and clean story. No foul language or sex. Definitely an easy read. One of the “no-brained.” I didn’t have to think too hard to figure out what was happening

Easy read romance like the first book but I found Emma in this quite boring to begin with. When they referenced the characters from the first book and brought them into the story it felt quite forced and just plonked in.
I still enjoyed the easy read romance aspects

Definitely the writing of a beginner author, but a cute story! The author did do a great job of creating tension, but there was only a few scenes that really had that.
