I thoroughly enjoy the Jackson Flint stories, and this one is just as great as the others. The entire cast of characters is well developed and likeable, and the plot is engaging. For anyone familiar with Yellow Springs, all the references to the town are delightfully fun, but if you aren't familiar with the actual town, then the details just paint a picture of a quirky, colorful place. Highly recommend this series and this book.

Jackson Flint is an interesting character and he’s just gotten better with each book. Wheat Penny is the third book in the series and I hope Scott is working on a 4th story. I’ve been to Yellow Springs and enjoy reading how the stories always include a few new bits of information about the town and surrounding areas. Highly recommend this book if you like mysteries.

I started reading this series because it's set in a town 5 miles from where I live. But I can definitely say I read it now because it's a good read. Mr Geisel is a wonderful story teller & I hope he continues this series. Anyone who enjoys a good mystery would like this.
