This was actually pretty good writing. This is definitely erotica but there is more to it. Guy finished film school a few months ago and he can't find a job. With Covid and everything else nobody is hiring. He is stuck working dead end jobs and isn't able to do what he loves. His roommate hooks up with a girl one night and she sees all his camera equipment. The next day she wants to talk to him. She explains that she started uploading solo porn of herself on a website and made a little bit of money. She thinks she can make more if she upped the production value. She wants him to shot for her. This is where the more part comes in. This guy is very passionate about film making and camera work and it comes across in the writing. He ends up shooting a few scenes with her and it is very erotic for porn. She sees that he has a hardon while filming her and uses that in the last scene that he shoots. She gets him to show her what he is packing and she uses that inspiration in the video. The next day she tells him that she knows other women that are wanting to get into the business and want him to shoot them. She also talks him into working in front of the camera as well. He is hung like a horse and it would be a waste to not use it. He hasn't been laid in a while and shooting porn for the last month has made him very horny so he agrees. He ends up filming and staring in a scene with a new girl. There is more background to the decisions of these women. First, they are all working dead end jobs. Second, their generation doesn't have the same tabook element to sex then the previous generation. They also have seen their parent work for years and then get laid off at their jobs when Covid hit and then not be able to find new ones. They spent their lives working at jobs they didn't like and now they have nothing to show for it. These younger people don't want to make the same mistake. These women love sex, so why not use what they have to live a better life. Probably not the best long term solution but in the short term it makes sense. Overall it was a well written erotica story.

A quick read, and although it's pretty much straight-up porn by the end, it's well done. What makes it worth reading is the placement in today's difficult economic environment.
I'm happy that I'm not a young person trying to get started today (it was tough enough when I did it 30+ years ago) and this gives a decent snapshot of why porn videos could be a viable source of income. If you have the "right stuff" at least. Not sure I'll read a bunch more of these, but I'll give #2 a shot when it comes out and see where it goes from there.

I grabbed this book on the recommendation of another reader. I found this book to be a good decent erotic fiction book, that you don't have to smack the crap out of the "I Believe" button a whole bunch.
All the sex is bare (this is porn, and condoms are not popular no matter what the state of California regulates), and very vanilla. If you are looking to get your kink on with word porn, you need to look elsewhere this is not the book you are searching for. Other sexual practices are mentioned, but so far only straight MF sex is portrayed as well as some solo F action.
A decent book and I grabbed the next book in the series.

Well written with a good story line with pure erotica slamming in! struggling students looking to get a foot hold put their individual talents together to pay the bills. Will read the series to see not only where this goes but hell, to live vicariously thru the shy MC.

The blurb says it all - MC starts shooting porn and has a big dick.
Nevertheless - the characters are likeable and the sex scenes are different enough. There is even some interesting business approach when he meets his lawyer and accountant team. Not sure if that is real but sounds believable.
so - good entertainment if you are looking for simple erotica.
No BDSM, no alpha male nonsense.

Short we’ll contracted and fully developed story
Very well constructed and developed story. Nice plot with room for growth with additional stories to the series. Nicely constructed characters with heart and soul. Truly enjoyed!

Some clever ideas throughout!
This was pretty good, similar to another series that was written in 2022 that I really liked. Editing mistakes kept it from getting 5 stars. Will read book 2 when available.

I didn’t check that it was a novella and not a full novel.. It was good, great characters, nice story, can’t wait for the next one!

Lots of complaining about how hard life is and how poor they are (I understand it is the justification/rationale but it doesn't make it interesting). There is also lots of boring production/technical details. The sex is mostly a desperate guy getting teased and watching/listening to other people have sex (and jerking off). If you are into that kind of thing you may enjoy it.
I prefer erotica but this series is porn (and about porn). This is not harem genre IMO...it's about a guy who becomes a porn star and gets paid to bang a bunch of women. I love sex (within the context of loving and respectful relationship) but this series just seems dirty and sleazy.
