I just love these quick easy reads by Skylar New. Tentacled: The Scientist was a fun and super hot addition to Skylar's Tentacled Series. She takes us on an adventure where the women who are part of the Cerulean Empire discover they are being fed lies about the Ygg's and that these creatures in fact are not the enemy. I am sad to see this series come to an end and wouldn't mind if Skylar were to add a few more books.

Lyra is a scientist for the Cerulean Empire who has been tasked to enter one of the Ygg's temples in order to find a weakness that can help the Empire end the war. The High Admiral has sent a group of marine escorts to protect Lyra on this mission. When a Ygg alien priest makes its presence known the escorts want to shoot. Lyra tries to convince them that the Ygg isn't attacking, but the escorts are not listening. The men turn against Lyra deeming her a traitor for protecting the Ygg. Lucky for Lyra her new friend comes to her rescue. Without warning Lyra finds herself in a position to experience a pleasure unlike anything she has ever known just because she protected the Ygg.

Scientist Lyra is accompanied by a space marine squad as she explores an ancient Ygg Temple on a mission to discover the weaknesses of the Ygg, enemy of the Cerulean Empire. Her observations that the Ygg are a peace-loving species aren’t met well by High Admiral Cross and the space marines who open fire when a Ygg priest comes to greet them. The Ygg alien protects Lyra and the two escape her people’s gunfire, into a deeper hidden temple where Lyra explores the sensual means of communication with the Ygg priest all in the name of research. Hot and steamy tentacle quickie.

I’ve absolutely love this series so far. It’s super fast paced with a good plot and spice. The YGG seem like a very special breed, who know how to pleasure people but also look after and protect them.
