Lords of Brave New World is part of the greater Lords of Khaos Universe and directly follows the Lords of Ironwood series. While each book has a complete romantic story, it is recommended that you read the books in order for the overarching background storyline. As with all of the Lords books, this one contains violence, adult content, and prolific use of my favorite word.

Peach is the brand new release from K.O. Newman. While this is the first book in her Lords of Khaos: Brave New World Series fans will be pleased to know LOKI hasn’t gone anywhere. I was so sad when I learned that Whisper was the last book in the Ironwood Series, I wasn’t ready to let these characters go, and so many hadn’t had their story yet. Doubting Kat is always a terrible idea, she clearly knows what she is doing. With the shifters shoved into the spotlight, Brave New World is the perfect segue into these uncharted and unknown times. This book was so freaking good. I’m already so in love with this MC Chapter and all of its members and the only thing that could make it better is to add new characters to fall in love with. Peach was introduced a few books back and from the get go I loved her and was so protective of her. She puts on this brave front, but the horrors that she has been put through will break your heart. She sees herself as broken, but the fighter in her shows she’s just a bit bent. She gives off Cherry and Whisper vibes so it only makes sense that her fated mate would have to be a Hicks. I hold Les near and dear to my heart, but let me tell you Cash is giving him a run for his money! A tatted, bearded shifter who falls first and falls hard? *Swoon* The chemistry is insanely hot, but how Cash navigated the minefield that is Peach’s psyche is what will have your heart melting. The juxtaposition between these fated mates trying to find their way and the chaos of humans finding out shifters exist is magical realism at its finest. This politically charged storyline is so relatable with so many things going on in the real world it’s not hard to be glued to the pages. This book is high on emotions, has a hard won HEA and and all the twists and turns you can expect from Kat. This is a must read, and I can’t wait to see what’s next in this Brave New World!

The world is changing for shifters

Lots of changes for the shifter and the Lords of Khaos MC. Peaches finds herself scared and unsure of the changes coming into her life. Once mated to an evil shifter she is fearful when her true fated mate comes into her life. A nomad with the MC. Can they work things out?? Can he help make her feel loved and safe even with all the upheaval. Love these characters.
