Setting: Contemporary. Shepherds town, West Virginia.
Sex: Explicit. Infrequent.
Hero: Single father. Carpenter.
Heroine: Prima Ballerina opening dance studio.
Easy read, nothing too dramatic. Nice character development. Good appearances from characters in previous books letting us see how they’ve gotten on. Nice conclusion to the series.
3 stars.
Convincing Alex

Setting: Contemporary, New York.
Sex: Explicit. Infrequent.
Hero: Police Detective.
Heroine: Script writer for soapie.
Alex’s character isn’t as appealing as the earlier heroes and the ending is rather abrupt with a lack of grovel but overall enjoyable and an easy read.
2.5 stars.
Falling for Rachel

Setting: Contemporary, New York.
Sex: Explicit. Infrequent.
Hero: Bar owner.
Heroine: Public Defendant.
Easy to read romance with a well-paced plot and a little sexual tension. Lots of fun.

Flows well. Great balance creating believable characters along with situations that are realistic. Flow from first book to last smooth.
As a long time fan, I never tire of the story lines. Each is presented fresh and new. Suspense to romance, Nora Roberts keeps you interested even if rereading a book.

Convincing Alex is a must read! Characters are very realistic as well as the story line. It will get hooked from start to finish.
