An excellent introduction to dieting for someone like me that has never been on a diet. I play tennis every day, have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, never been on a diet. The common sense approach is this book has motivated me to change from never giving up ice cream and cookies to limiting them to once a month.

Great practical book!

I just purchased this book. The recipes sound easy and include ingredients that are found in any supermarket. The best part is the recipes sound yummy. I am anxious to try them.
