Clay Baby!
Mayra has this uncanny ability to write romance with characters that have such depth, especially her MMC. Clay was utter perfection for me. He knew he was wrong making an assumption and tried his hardest to make it right. He not only made it right with December, but it was his actions behind the words that did it for me. When he showed up with dinner, it was exactly what she needed. He played attention to her and did things for her wanted nothing in return. That man! Had me smiling like I was on the receiving in, lol.

Lord, my heart!! I absolutely love this series and Clay and Emi just went and stole my heart!
Clay is all things alpha, protective, cowboy and seems to but his foot in his mouth when he first meets Emi! But Damon, he sure makes up for it!!
Emi owns the local diner and after Clay finds her at a vulnerable time, they both feel a connection!
Clay is on a mission to make Emi his and I was here for it all!!! My heart!! What a read!!

Clay's mouth got him in trouble
Clay's mouth got him in trouble when he found our the local diner had been sold to an out of towner. December was that person and didn't like the cowboy’s attitude.
After they met, two things happened. One Clay knew he'd stuck his foot in his mouth in front of the woman of his dreams. Now he had to make her see they belonged together.
There were sections where words were used incorrectly and found a few typos, but I enjoyed this read 📚!

This is a well written story with great characters. For me this was a quick easy read. I would encourage everyone to get this one it is worth your time. I am enjoying the whole series. Go now get this one and enjoy.

I lived these characters. Their chemistry jumped off the page. I love them as a couple.

I loved Emi and Clay. This is a feel good story from beginning to end. Great characters, well written and an excellent story.

I just love this short novellas so much! These sexy cowboys will give you the time of your life!! Clay and Emi started as enemies, but it was love at first sight. The moment he sees her distressed, he realizes he wants her and she’s it for him. He will do everything to win her heart. There’s not a lot of angst, it goes straight to the point 💙🫶🏼. Totally recommend the West Ranch Cowboys series. This is book 3 and loved the other two just as much.
