This is one of the most spiritual books I've ever read. I loved the many ideas for increasing spiritual guidance, such as the envelope activity and the idea of writing insights with the non-dominant hand. I can tell the author did a lot of research and also mentions various scientific studies. I don't know if crystals really do help people, but the author did bring up some great points about electromagnetic energy and vibrations. Definitely a lot to think about. I also enjoyed the letters to the soul at the beginning of each chapter. I highly recommend this book!
