Meticulously detailed explanations of the imagery and visual symbolism on each card in the Tarot for Light Seers deck. I have had the cards for a while now and would have said I am pretty familiar with them, but this book points out things I had not noticed at all on multiple cards. The glossary of runes used in the cards and the overview of the light energy usage in the deck as well as specific uses of light on individual cards were also interesting and helpful. If you have and like Tarot for Light Seers this book is a worthwhile supplement.
I already had her tarot deck and love it but the book is a fantastic compliment to the deck. Actually its just a wonderful book to have if you'd like to study the tarot in general. I highly recommend it. The artwork is beautiful too. I love all the correspondence guides in the back of the book. That's helpful.
I love this deck so much, I had to get the pocket size. I love the pocket size so much, I had to get this book. I love this book so much, I had to get the audio. Beautiful deck and fantastic book!
I like all the details about the cards, which Major Arcana can heal what, and all the spreads that are associated with them. It was very useful to read, because although I’m using her tarot deck but she pointed out things that I haven’t noticed at all - and honestly, they weren’t easy to notice.
I think that an explanation about the symbols used in the deck should have been a basic thing to write about in the guidebook that comes with the cards, so that people could really connect with it from the beginning (and not wait for years to read about it in an accompanying book...). I like the little stories about the cards, makes total sense and helps me connect with them even deeper.
She mentions the usage of light energy (points of light and rays of energy) which is very interesting, got me all hooked up, but then she stops there, no further explanation of it in the descriptions of the cards which I really missed!
“If you pay extra attention to the rays of light, dots, and lines when you lay out your cards side by side, you will see how the energy flows through the deck. Those dots of light often line up perfectly, and they can add a nuanced layer of meaning to your readings.“
This was my first kickstarter deck - I watched the progress of this when it was in process. Such a contemporary deck with modern symbology are easier to identify with and connect to your intuition. HIGHLY recommended! I now own two mass market copies along with the original kickstarter. My go-to deck for sure!! This guidebook expands on the original that came with my deck - SO much information and very much worth adding to your library!
I checked many books and watched videos about this topic, but this book was my favourite. It breaks everything down into simple terms and covers the most common meanings. Plus, the illustrations are gorgeous!
I have not read this book yet, however, I am currently in possession of this copy in my audiobooks app and am over the moon to begin reading what Chris Anne has in store for us now @greatesttarotdeck
I own the beautiful deck that is the companion to this audiobook. It was nice to learn the backstory to the cards as well as learning how to use them. I highly recommend the cards, the audiobook, and the book. If you are interested in tarot you would benefit from all of them.
