I am not much of a devotional reading person. I picked this book of devotionals up and discovered 365 one page devotionals about Jesus, through various stages of His life, death, resurrection and ascension.
I liked the wide range of writers across the centuries, some popular in this day.

I liked the sampling of great Christians through the ages, that I otherwise may never have been exposed to. I recommend it.

I am not actually a big fan of devotional books, in that I do not use them as they are intended, in daily use. However, I do think some of them have a lot to offer for specific purposes, and this is one of them. It is great for extra reading during Lent, or when we need a reminder of what was done for us...

Daily devotions written by many greats of the Christian faith. It was a year of beautiful and inspiring verses, prose, hymns, and honest revelation.

I read from this book every day. Excellent!
