A little child discovers a friend who is always by his side. He explains how his friend follows him around, gets to places before him, and pops out of his shoe. Although the narrator may be a little bothered sometimes, he still loves his friend dearly and considers him his best friend for he is always by his side. By My Side casts the shadow of our narrator into a richly illustrated book and sheds light on how children may interact with their shadows as they start to discover them.

قرأتها اليوم في مُنتصف المكتبة وحينما أنهيتها قررت أن أبتاعها لأبني البالغ من العمر أربعة أشهر ،لأركنها في مكتبته الخاصة التي صممتها له ، وحينما يكون قادر على الفهم سأقرأها له لأنني أريده أن يستوعب معنى الظل وبأنني أنا مثل ذلك الظل الذي يتبعه..❤️

قصة قصيرة رسومها فاتنة ولذيذة ولم اتردد ابداً في اقتنائها لأبني❤️
