Cats have no sense of occasion. They'll fall asleep just about anywhere ... anywhere so long as it's the most inconvenient spot imaginable, like right on top of your head in the middle of the night, sprawled on newspaper you were trying to read, or spread out on the clean clothes you'd laid out to wear. Cat lovers around the world will smile knowingly at the whimsical illustrations by Lynn Chang in Where Cats Sleep.
Where Cats Sleep is an ode to of course the very interesting places cats sleep and occasionally when, but this is usually as a reminder of their inconvenient timing. As such the text is brief, very obvious and unnecessary while adding nothing to the book that couldn't be said through its illustrations.
Meanwhile the illustrations are rather very cartoonishly basic with rounded shapes melded to stick portions while both colors ane patterns are exaggerated.
Although relatable to cat owners in all degrees, it isn't recommended for an actual purchase as this book would be a waste of your hard-earned money.
