Young Daniel is missing and his mother Lyta is convinced Morpheus has taken the boy. But is he really resting in the arms of the Sandman...or is something far more sinister brewing? Also in this issue, an encounter with Lucifer Morningstar and bad news for Nuala. "The Kindly Ones" part 2.
"I saw certain things, through a window, and, when the storm was over, I returned home and told them to our Lady, and she ... well, SHE sent me HERE."
Cluracan of the Faerie goes into the Dreaming to ask for the return of a gift - his homesick sister who is one heck of a cleaning lady. While there, the idiot manages to release his Nemesis. This is never a good thing. Lyta is visited by witches, but she is too stubborn and stupid to use the opportunity of their meeting to seek information that will help her find her son, since the "refugees from Dragnet" cops aren't exactly telling her anything. The writing has stepped up a notch, but I still hate the style of art. Everything is lines and angles, not smooth, and the colors seem more jarring and not harmonious.
