The Inn on Amelia Island grabbed me and kept me captivated from the first page. It is filled with emotion, mystery, drama, family, and love. I laughed and cried - such a wonderful, heartwarming story! I have loved this series and am sorry to see it end, but this last book does a great job of wrapping everything up. I haven’t read a Hope Holloway book that hasn’t kept me spellbound, and this one certainly fits that description. I highly recommend this book and this whole series!

Love a good series!
I've waited until I read all 7 books to make a review. I sure hope Netflix picks this one up!! What an incredible story of a large family who loved big and supported each other even bigger!! Take a leap into this Amelia Island series!!

My thoughts: 📘📄 - This is the first book with new ages - despite the birthdays that occurred, so I guess it's been a year and we're back to summer.
🔖Page 54 of 282 Chapter Five Susannah - This is way too much drama this late in the series.
🔖134 Chapter Twelve Sadie - I was hoping this would end on a high note but the inconsistencies are getting to me, particularly Chase going from an American father, and Italian mother who's an only child and his grandmother only had distant relatives to an American mother, Italian father, and lots of cousins. Then the foster care storyline is unrealistic as to how the system works. Don't get me started on a 4-year-old in a group home or why the 3-year-old and 6-year-old in previous books speak well but this 5-year-old sounds like a toddler. I may not miss this series after all. The bream of light is I may get my handful of weddings.
I wanted to love this story but it seemed rushed and disjointed compared to the other books.
Recommend to others: The series is great but although it ends on a high note in terms of events it was not high in terms of stars.

Well I made it through all seven books of this series. It took me awhile, i couldn’t read them straight through. It was fun getting to know all the characters, but the books did get progressively more cutesy. If chicklit is your preferred genre you’ll enjoy this series.

It is a bittersweet conclusion to the Seven Sisters series. I found myself slowing down as I got further into the book, I did not want to leave this family, but I know that Ms. Holloway has another in the wings that I will be equally attached to. This series is now complete if you are one who likes to binge the entire series.
Be prepared for emotion, drama, love, and family, in this heartwarming story. I love the way the story is wrapped up with a nice bow. I recommend this and any series by this author.

This entire Seven Sisters series was really enjoyable. I will miss this giant family of seven sisters and all their loved ones. These stories have lovable families, strong female characters, and a few improbably plot points, but are fun reads regardless.
If you like chick lit or PG-rated contemporary romance, give this series a try! Also good for fans of Pamela Kelley or Mary Kay Andrews or Nancy Thayer type books, or even older books by Elin Hildebrand.

I’m a sucker for a fluffy, feel-good series. I know they are like watching hallmark movies, predictable and always the same, but I just can’t help it! I listened to this entire series on my workday commute and on daily walks. Well-written and easy to listen to!

4.5 ⭐️ What an amazing way to wrap up this amazing 7 book series! I am so so happy I took a chance on a wholesome no spice series about the wonderful Wingate family. There was drama and some mystery but mostly joy, love, and loyalty. It was beautiful from start to finish.

A Satisfying End to a Lovely Series!
Hope Holloway closes out her Seven Sisters series, fittingly, with Book 7--The Inn on Amelia Island. With two Wingate sisters married and two more planning a "two-ring" pair of weddings in a couple months, Susannah Wingate is happily planning for Tori and Raina's big day, when out of the blue appears a stranger calling herself Ivy Button, claiming to be the rightful heir of Wingate House, and demanding that Suze give her the deed and keys NOW or she'll ruin the family's good name on the island. She's persistent, rude, and determined to scare Suze into giving in to her demands. After thinking about it nonstop and worrying her girls, she confesses to middle daughter Raina that she doesn't know what to do. She doesn't believe the ugly accusations Ivy made against her husband, but she doesn't want to cause another stroke, seizure, or heart attack from the stress. Raina agrees that it sounds like fraud and blackmail, but she can't prove it. Ivy meets Raina and Suze in the Wingate Properties office and lays out her story and letters she says prove her Aunt Doreen (manager of Wingate House during its time as an inn), was raped by Suze's husband and Raina's father, but Raina's grandfather wrote a notarized contract giving Wingate House to Ivy upon Doreen's death to make up for it. Raina instantly suspects the documents are forged, but her cousin Blake (assistant in the office) finds a signature from Doreen and says it looks like the writing on "Ivy's" letters.
Raina decides to consult the "Wingate Brain Trust", but Suze tells Rex everything first. They ask eldest sister Madeline's husband Adam, a former FBI agent, to call in some favors and learn more about "Ivy". They also pledge their determination to fight the sale of Wingate House--without giving in to "Ivy's" blackmail.
Meanwhile, Raina and her fiancé, Chase, want him to adopt her baby twins, to whom her ex-husband surrendered parental rights. And Chloe wants to adopt her boyfriend Travis's orphan nephew, a situation he resists because his father left him and had a second son, who he preferred. Travis sees little Judah as a symbol of his father's neglect and wants nothing to do with him, but Chloe falls in love with the five-year-old.
After some supervised visits and a trip to Travis's workplace, where Judah gets to sit in the fire truck and take a "fire hose bath", Travis starts to see Judah as a person rather than evidence of his father's betrayal--just in time to hear that Judah is going to be adopted! When that falls through, he's reassigned to a group home six hours away, and both Travis and Chloe decide they want to adopt him. Travis has one condition: Chloe must marry him and he must move into her house at the animal sanctuary she owns. Looks like the double wedding will be a triple wedding!
Sadie, the last single sister, has been dating Scout, an ordinary Jewish guy who has a dad-bod and sees her nonstop roaming, as well as her short-lived marriage to a Belgian billionaire who only wanted her secret chocolate ingredient, as a search for the extraordinary, when she really needed stability, peace...an ordinary life. He's so ordinary, ornery Kitty (head of the Chamber of Commerce) trusts him to cat-sit while she goes to Europe with her best friend--Raina's ex-mother-in-law. Her cat, who's as ornery as his owner, escapes from Scout and sets him and Sadie on a wild journey that includes a trip to an out-of-state shelter for another orange cat (lovey, so he won't fool Kitty) and a few fruitless visits to the old widower who found him, renamed him Elvis, and became so attached he didn't want to give Elvis up. The problem resolves itself when Scout introduces the lovey cat to the old man, who renames him Presley (his late wife loved Elvis, so the name was a tribute to her) and takes Presley in exchange. Kitty returns, Scout tells her everything--he's honest, as his nickname implies--and she uncharacteristically compliments Sadie and Scout for being "good people". Is it really Kitty?!?
After Kitty leaves with her cat, Scout tells Sadie that he knows she's chasing extraordinary things and people in her life, and he knows he's ordinary, but extraordinary people can hurt her (ep A: Sadie's billionaire ex-husband coaxed her secret chocolate ingredient from her, then let his snobby chocolatier family erase their marriage) whereas he can offer her a life of "shalom", which means safety and completeness, not just peace. It's a proposal, but Sadie asks for time to think. Then she goes into her house and throws up. She's ravenous and exhausted but can't eat or sleep, and when she complains to Chloe, her baby sister buys her pregnancy tests. Looks like the triple wedding will see the marriage of the final Wingate sister!
First, though, come the adoptions. Chase adopts Raina's twins with no issues. The adoption of the four older sisters, however, is interrupted by TWO Ivy Buttons and a heroic speech by ex-FBI agent Adam. It's a bit melodramatic, but highly satisfying!

Hope. Heart. Humor. Family. Faith. Love.
Hope Holloway concludes her heart-tugging Seven Sisters series with another book that kept me reading long into the night. These characters have all found a place in my heart. I simply could not stop reading until I was certain each member of the Wingate family was happy, healthy, and safe. And, in The Inn on Amelia Island, those facts are not a certainty for most of the book. Holloway really had me on pins and needles with this one.
I don't want to go into specifics because each reader who has become invested in this family should have the pleasure of watching events unfold as they read the book. So, I'll just say this. Unexpected people - and obstacles - find their way into the lives of several members of the Wingate family but as we've learned throughout the series, when someone in this family is threatened, everyone - and I do mean everyone - circles the wagons. I love seeing these characters, these couples, this family as a whole come together, strengthening their bonds, their love, their faith as they confront the many faces of adversity. I will not soon forget them.
If you enjoy family sagas that elicit laughter, tug at your heartstrings, and immerse you in the trials and celebrations of one very special family, I highly recommend Hope Holloway's Seven Sisters series. I also strongly suggest reading the books in this series in order. I'm already anticipating what Holloway will bring readers next while secure in the knowledge that I know I'll be seeing Amelia Island and the seven Wingate sisters again. These books are too good not to revisit when I need a little laughter and reading comfort.

Excellent seven book series!
At first I thought this would be another great beach read, until I got into the personalities of these amazing characters. I knew I would wait until I had read them all before leaving a review, so here it is:
It looked a bit confusing at first, but once the reader gets totally immersed in the ever unraveling story lines, there's no stopping.
Each character is well-defined and quite different from the others. Readers can figure out who is who, although it may take a few books to figure that out.
There are several instances of thrilling escapades where readers may get so totally engrossed in what's going on that they might forget it's a story, for Pete's sake! But that only lasts a second.
If there's a problem here, it's just that the good men are all too perfect, and the sisters are just a little bit too sugary. I didn't find that distracting, just noticeable. All 14 of those sisters and their men are very different and serve the story perfectly.
No hot and steamy unnecessary adult scenes here, but there are some thought-provoking soul-searching "thought bubbles" regarding the differences between love and lust.
All in all, a good series I can highly recommend.

The Inn on Amelia Island starts out with a bang and keeps the tension going from start to finish. This is another heartwarming book but has heart wrenching moments, as well. The seven sisters, with their love and compassion are supportive of each other as one sister deals with a little orphan, others wrestle with scars from past relationships, and the entire family struggles with the possibility of losing the historic Wingate House. There is drama and mystery from past transgressions, but through it all, there is the love and strength from the family as they band together to conquer whatever adversity is thrown their way. I love the Wingate sisters, their strength, compassion, and love of family. I highly recommend this book and the entire series!

Who doesn’t love a good series where all the good guys (girls) win and all the bad guys get their due, or better yet, fade to irrelevance. Of course all seven daughters serendipitously meet their ideal mate through totally unrealistic means and despite all of their demanding careers (each book is connected to a business they run/own/manage/fund) they can take that time off to run to Jacksonville or Miami or wherever they are desperately needed to save someone else’s day. I love that in addition to having their businesses some of them have kids yet still are 100% available. But it’s a beach novel isn’t it. And I read all seven voluntarily.

5 Plus Stars. Hope Holloway is my favorite author and Book 7 of the 7 Sisters Series is a perfect example of why —- it is an Awesome read! Highly recommended. Book 7 is the last book in the series and ties everything together beautifully. All in all, it is a perfect book; it has love and romance; mystery, evil, and viciousness; dogs and kittys; family and, best of all, sisters who stick together and support each other regardless of the circumstances and would never undermine one another for their own selfish motives. Thank you for the ARC copy.

As with every series from Hope Holloway, finishing the final book is bittersweet. I love the character development and the relationships that they ask have. This final book was a delightful wrap up for so many story lines. It was a great beach read with my toes in the sand and the Gulf as my background! Love how each of her books/series is set in real Florida places with a fun inspired storyline. From the Keys, to Sanibel and now Amelia Island, where are we going next?? I'm waiting with baited breath!

Well, we knew pretty much from the beginning that Ivy was a monster, a very dangerous human being, who was quite willing to create a very unhappy world for wonderful people and yes, when somebody misbehaves or leads a very miserable life, it goes out like a circle inside a circle inside a circle and affects everybody-sadly innocent people who pay a very high cost. But the family is strong spiritually, the sisters all full of humor and intelligence and deserve the extraordinary men who love them. Who wouldn’t want to be the 8th sister?

This was a fantastic way to end this series! It was definitely one of my favorites next to the first one. I did not want to stop reading it as soon as I started it. I so badly wanted to be one of the 7 sisters and be a part of the Wingate Family! And I loved that the story is set in Amelia Island which is only 45 minutes from where I live. She mentions St Simons Island and Kingsland, which is very near to me as well. So, it was fun to read about the area that I live in! This book did not disappoint and I'm sad to see this series come to an end.

This was a great final book to the Seven Sisters series by Hope Holloway. I was on the edge of my seat with the drama of this book. I could not wait to find out what would come of the craziness of the Ivy woman claiming to have rights to take the Inn from the Wingates. I knew she was a fraud. And the ending was so satisfying.
I will say the cheesiness between Suz and Rex being all lovey dovey gave me the ick a few times. When they talk about their love for each other, it just felt more cheesy than when the daughters and their lovers talk to each other.

The Inn on Amelia Island is the latest and final book and is a wonderful conclusion to this series about the Wingate sisters. They all have great jobs in this charming place and have all found their forever love. Some new relationships and some old and weddings are on the horizon. There are also new additions coming to this large incredible family. There is drama, mystery and most of all love. I definitely recommend this book and in fact you will fall in love with the entire series!

Book Seven was perfect
Having read the previous six books in this series, it was a long wait for this one to be published. It was a perfect story to bring all the books to a lovely end. I am sorry there are no more to wait for. I enjoyed and related to all the characters in these stories. I hope that hope Holloway has another series in mind. I have read all of her series so far. They are excellent, but this one was my favorite.

Hope Holloway books are easy to read and highly predictable cozy stories of the ups and downs of a family of 7 sisters. The Amelia Island books had more story lines than her Key West series so life wasn’t always so perfect. I would read these books early in the morning with a cup of coffee and they were relaxing reads so don’t expect page turners but do expect a break from the troubles awaiting us in the news daily.

The only reason I gave this a 3⭐️ review is because the author tried to do too much. Yes, I know that there are 7 sisters, but that didn't mean there had to only be 7 books. The first 6 books had a wonderful flow and a central couple of characters, but there was mention of everyone in each book. This series would have been better if the last book had been split into 2 and given a less of a jam-packed feel. However, I did love the series, and I'm sad that it is over.

A lovely family.
I read all of the seven books. I liked the core of the books and the problems that were solved what I didn’t get into was having to read the same thing over and over again because each book was written as if someone had not read any of the other books. So I skimmed through a lot of stuff that I already knew from having read all seven books, but it did keep me interested. I think it could’ve been combined into one book.
