Unlike other exercise program where you are told you MUST do 30 minutes of cardio per day and an hour of weights, to get results, Combat Conditioning is totally different. 15 minutes is all it takes to whoop the hard-core trainee. But for the total beginner, you will start improving even if you're only able to train for one minute. That's right. I've had people begin with ONE MINUTE of Combat Conditioning and today many of these same people are fitness phenoms.
I first read Combat Conditioning(original) back in 2010. I didn't like the idea that back bridge was the best exercise and tried many other books. But after reading a dozen other calisthenics books I have come back to this after 8 years. I now consider this book as the best bodyweight book.
Nice little book on calisthenics bodyweight exercises. Simple explanation of each exercise with pictures and progression details. It has enough information to be used as a compendium of exercises, peppered with anecdotes or motivational stories.
