Less budgeting advice and more general leadership advice with a fair dose if promoting other readings. overall good problem solving scenarios but more a general leadership text.

Very vague and repetitive. It was used as a text for a class that I took. It was a great starting point for class discussions, but does not go in depth on budget. Lots on school vision being important and pushed collaborative decision making, which are great ideas, but I didn’t need an entire book about it. I got about half way through and kept thinking “ok, yeah I get it…any new info?”
