This is a great book that carefully explains the Miller Strategy for internal communication professionals. I especially enjoyed the areas where she writes about post-Covid changes to the workplace, how remote work has changed comms for companies, and a discussion about neurodivergence in the workplace and how to accommodate for it.

I enjoyed the Expert View areas throughout the book, but sometimes the way they were inserted into the text was distracting. For instance, the author would talk about a certain subject for a couple of pages, and then it would be interrupted with an Expert View area. I sometimes found it challenging to go back to what the author herself was saying--it broke my chain of thought.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this book to other communications professionals whether they're new to the business or need a refresher.
