Brilliant!!! I really enjoyed this book from the first to the last page. It is really easy to read (in 3-4 days you can finish it) and it gives you a lot of important tips, you can use every day in your work life. Reading it before to go to work, gave me more motivation, more willing to serve better my customers! I enjoyed as well the last pages with a lot of interesting quotations! If you want to increase your and your colleagues quality of service this book is a must!!!
This was probably the highest rated customer service book I could find, and it contained so many pages that felt so very empty. Some good advice is here, though mixed in with pages and pages of trite aphorisms.
