An entertaining glimpse into a different way of life at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th centuries. I always enjoy these old books I find in the antique stores. This omnibus was published in 1943. 'God and My Father' was published in 1932; 'Life with Father' in 1935; and 'Life with Mother' posthumously in 1937. The author Clarence Shepard Day Jr. died in 1935 at the age of 61. 'Life with Father' was made a movie in 1947 which is available on YouTube.
