The book itself is for anyone looking to make real strides towards a more healthy self. It is intended for anyone from the age of 16 to 100, wanting to increase their metabolic rate, enhance alertness, stimulate their senses with unique ingredients, and in the process lose an unbelievable amount of weight. The book is geared towards both the vegetarians and “carnivore” oriented readers.
The unique recipes are extremely cost effective, yet give the reader the knowledge of food combinations and scientific research that are exclusive to the diets of individuals in "longevity" specific regions around the world. The research stems from an obsessive desire while at university, and my long time travels on the island of Sardinia. Finding a formula of recipes that tasted good, were affordable and which could be made by anyone in very little time was Lewis’s number one goal.

P. A. Lewis is a nutritional consultant and elite personal trainer, who holds a combination university degree in Chemistry, Commerce and Nutrition. Lewis has been the personal trainer for several elite athletes from the NHL, NFL and PGA. As a self proclaimed “guru of health and wellness”, Lewis has also led seminars on health and wellness, and on what he likes to call “Perfect Power Meals” over the last decade.
