Some amazing raw food ideas, but this food needs a lot of prep and active time. A food dehydrator is a must. I love to attempt wild recipes, but I'm really going to need bit more ambition to tackle one of these. Regardless, I had lots of fun looking at the photos and reading all the good-crazy food ideas.
I picked this up used and have really enjoyed reading through it. While some of the recipes are clearly for entertaining and make large quantities, there are some great ideas in here for delicious meals!
