What a ride! The book opens with a bang and just doesn't stop. It has a great storyline that's fast paced, emotional, and super smexy. This is a second chance MMF story with so much devastation and hurt that needs to be worked through all backdropped by a mafia world turned upside down by misdeeds and betrayal. If you're a fan of Sienna Snow, you know you're getting a strong, independent heroine and a story that will have you by the lady balls. Absolutely loving Nerine and her willingness to fight for herself, her family, and her men. Theo and Xander are definitely fodder for any fantasy. Can't wait for the next book!

This was amazing!!! I absolutely loved Sienna's Gods of Vegas Series and I'm not surprised that this new series started off with a bang!! ... I mean that first sentence had me dying to know more!!

I full on ranted at Sienna at the end of this book!! 🙃

There is soo much hurt in this story for more than one character .... This is a Mafia MMF story...

I've tried to put it into my words without spoilers ...

Nerine is an amazing FMC who does what she has to do to survive after being forced into a marriage she did not want ...

Theo and Xander are men sent to be her protection by her husband... without knowing their past... 🥺

This is a story with really strong redemption ARCs ... I've loved seeing how all 3 have grown together and separately!

There is Angst and Betrayal ...aswell as possessive men, very steamy scenes and some strong badass female role models with some hilarious banter 😆

I actually squealed when a certain person turns up in this book! 😅

I don't think I will ever forgive you for 'that' certain part Sienna!

How am I suppose to wait until October for Sin and Deception? I absolutely binged Sin and Betrayal. It was amazing. Dipping your toe into MMF and it was done so well!! Plus bodyguard x2?!? Soooo in love!

This book has the typical Sienna Snow pieces that I have come to love.

Sienna writes dark angsty romance, there is always an edge to it. Sin and Betrayal is next level. Her FML are always fierce and Nerine is no exception. Plus, if you are an avid Sienna reader you will recognize and rejoice as the girl gang from her Street Kings step in and step up for Nerine. Theo and Xander are the dominant anti-heros we are used to seeing in Sienna’s work and they do not disappoint. This story is covered in angst. Like soul crushing angst. Like put the book down and walk away to get a glass of wine angst. Watching these three make their way back together had me in knots. This story is gripping, tragic, and the steam *wipes brow* hot AF. I’m going to need a few to recover.

Nerine Angelo was raised to fill the position of heir in the Angelos Syndicate and run her family’s organization. Five years ago, her world was flipped upside down with her father’s death. Forced to marry a monster to keep her mother and sisters safe, Nerine has spent years enduring his sadistic needs.

The story begins in the present time. Then we are taken back four months ago. As the story unfolds we are given insight into Xander, Nerine and Theo’s relationship. These two men were her protectors and lovers. Until she became Andraius' wife and they became his right hand men.

Or were they? Nerine begins to realize just how important these two are in the organization and the carefully laid plans they have created.

When Nerine is introduced to Nyx Drakos she begins to reclaim herself. With Nyx and friends help Nerine will learn to run an organization. They are going to help a sister out.

Now with a turn of events Andraius is dead and Nerine is able to reclaim and rebuild all he has taken from her.

Plans solidified, decisions made. Until someone new steps in with plans of their own.

Theo and Xander have been forced to watch the woman they both love under the thumb of another man. However, they don’t know that she didn’t agree to this marriage or that she has been forced and abused for the past five years. They already get like they failed her. But learning all the ways they weren’t there for her breaks their hearts.

They vow to prove to her they are the men she loved and that they still love and want her. However, nothing is that simple. Their feelings are unconventional and mafia families have to fight for change if they want it. And Nerine doesn’t know what she wants…. Freedom for herself and family or to lead this family into a new era.

This has your emotions on a roller coaster. I loved Theo and Xander from the get go. Seeing their perspective helps you not feel like they’ve failed Nerine. But with her POV it’s like a knife to the gut because she has endured so much and given up more. But she learns her strengths and that she is a survivor.

I enjoyed this book. The underlying plot and the romance plot. Both kept me on my toes. I am so looking forward to book 2. Since this book’s ending WRECKED me!

The book started out amazing. I was hooked, honestly. It left a sense of suspicion and a temptation to want more. The book progressed at a good pace for the most part.

But, the chapters were too long, which did slow me down. Some things felt like fillers that wasn’t required. The writing style was good, but repetitive. The characters had repeated the same things over and over but in different settings or in different sentence structures. It kind of made me feel like, “tell me something new.”

I loved the FMC. She was strong and amazing. Absolutely loved her. She had a smart mouth. Hell, she was so smart overall and so cunning. I wanted to be her, and I wanted to be with her. She knew how to get a reaction out of people, and she knew how to get exactly what she wanted. It was honestly, inspiring.

I did get very confused between the boys. I feel like they were poorly written. Their characteristics seemed too similar, and it was confusing. I couldn’t figure out which character had what characteristic between the two, and that did affect my rating. Usually, in a MMF, there is a distinct quality to separate them, but the book lacked them in the two male characters, and I wished that it had been written better.

Overall, the book was good. It lacked tension at some places. It went too easy at a few places too. But, overall, it was really good, and I enjoyed it. Also, the cliffhanger ended me.

This is a very well written, entertaining journey into the dark world of the Mafia and Sienna Snow does an amazing job bringing her characters to life in this captivating tale of betrayal, intense, intrigue and very steamy storyline that will keep you absolutely glued to the pages!
This is the first in the Sins and Lies Series and I cannot wait for the next book to arrive to answer all of my burning questions.

This book has everything I love in a mafia romance. Hate to love, suspense, bodyguards, boss's wife, also the spice *chef's kiss* it has bondage, voyeurism, also it's MMF.

Nerine was forced to marry at gunpoint, the man who killed her father and brother, and took over the family syndicate. Her 2 bodyguards, who were also her lovers when they were younger, help her take back her place as the head of her family's syndicate.

I truly enjoyed this book. It had me on the edge of my seat, biting my nails. The spice was so good. I can't wait for the second book. It does end in a cliffhanger, so I will be waiting patiently for the second book.

Be prepared to fan yourself because these 3 are hot as hell. Nerine is that strong FMC that has a backbone of steel. She does not cower or back down. She is the Angelo's Angel. With Theo and Xander at her back she can do anything. The storyline is great and will keep you turning those pages. There is a cliffhanger so hang on tight!

Not to mention the author did a great job of not making the spice or terms of endearment super cringy or predictable. Nerine is in a forced marriage to the man who killed her father and brother. She has to find the strength to get out of the marriage and claim her birthright. I loved Nerine who was nearly broken in the beginning but through the book found her inner queen and fought her way to the top. She reconnects with two former lovers who are dominant and hot as hell with plenty of spicy scenes. I loved the story and characters involved and can't wait to read about others in the book. I hope it's not too long of a wait! Just wish more of her books were in kindle unlimited.

Wow! I loved this book. It was such a great story that had some amazing characters. The author leaves us desiring more in the end and eagerly waiting book 2.

Nerine who was forced to marry a much older man after he viciously murdered her father and brother, is a strong FMC that struggles and suffers as she tries to protect those she has left (mother and sisters). Her challenges and struggles in her marriage lead her to be even stronger than one could think, but as things change, events happen, relationships change, and the book leaves you lost in a story that is simply riveting. I won't give any spoilers but simply put if you like MMF and Mafia romance then you will enjoy this book.

Loved reading the highly recommended first book in the Sin and Lies series. When Nerine has to defend herself against Andraius, Nerine fells free and wants her mother and sisters to come home, but
since someone within the organization showed Andraius the hidden passages, Nerine's two lover bodyguards want to keep her safe. Read the engaging and riveting story captivating the reader from the first page of the story until the last page. Can't wait to read the next story in the exciting series by the phenomenal author, Sienna Snow!

I could not put this book down. The Theo-Angel-Xander throuple is killer. This was a definite page turner. Angel is basically kidnapped into a marriage after her father and brother are killed in a takeover. Theo and Xander have stayed away from her for five years in order to keep her safe, but now they are back, and eventually, they are able to get back together after the death of her husband. But unfortunately, the happy throuple is thrown a curve.

⭐️⭐️⭐️🌶️🌶️🌶️ I picked this one up due to the MMF. I will never turn one down sent my way. The MMF spice was the best part of the book in my opinion. The spice was spicy &delicious.

* The beginning sucked me in. Then it kinda dragged for me. Then around 40% it picked up &I couldn’t put it down. Then again it slowed. There wasn’t an even increase in interest or reason to keep coming back consistently. It took me 10 days to finish because of that (which is rare for me to take that long to finish a book).

* The book was sooooo repetitive. We get it you’re the victim. We get it, you’re escaping, you can’t be controlled. Nerine gave me whiplash with her thoughts &actions. She was never consistent.

* I like the relationship Nerine had with the other women training her. I wasn’t sure if I trusted them at first &honestly expected them to turn on her at any moment.

* Overall the parts of the book that were good were great but the rest of it was eh. The book does end on a cliffhanger. I will not plan on continuing with the series.

As a mafia fan, this book gave me ALL the vibes! Sienna is a great writer who created this dark mafia world with great characters, some top tier enemies to lovers, a storyline that keeps you intrigued, and a cliffhanger that will leave you SCREAMING!

You have the overprotective bodyguards, Theo and Xander, who just want to make sure that the people they love, are safe and where they belong. They will stop at nothing to make sure that those in power, fall to dust and cease to exist. They're your typical alpha males with some serious touch her and die vibes who need to redeem themselves. Then you have the strong and fierce, Nerine, who will do whatever she has to in order to survive a marriage she didn't want with a vile man she hates to her core. Feeling alone in her journey, she takes matters into her own hands and devises a plan that no one will see coming. All she has to do, is compartmentalize her feelings for the bodyguards she's known since she was a kid.

I thoroughly enjoyed seeing this story play put through the pages. Their shared pasts and the drama they had to navigate on their roads to redemption, kept my attention through the entire book. My only issue is, I wanted more tension and angst between Theo and Xander (this is an MMF) romance. We knew they all had a past together but there wasn't much buildup with them (especially since they're partners and spend all their time together) and I just wanted to see more of that gritty torment with them.

This book definitely represents it’s title. Sins and Betrayals are at work in massive ways. I was hooked from the very beginning, this story is exhilaratingly addictive with power struggles at the highest level. This book has it all, the twists and turns you don’t see coming, the assaults, tortures, rape, MMF relationship, over the charts sexual chemistry between the main characters. You cannot ask for more 🔥! Sienna’s writing is captivating and enthralling and you’ll definitely agree once you read this book. I couldn’t put it down, a real page turner. A bright and dark mafia you’ll definitely enjoy and there’s a lot more coming! If possible, I would rate it a 10 stars ⭐️!

I absolutely love mafia romance books, and Sienna just set this on fire!!!

Nerine is the heir to her mafia roots, when Andraius swoops in and forces her to marry him. She does what she has to, to survive in her marriage.

Xander and Theo are her bodyguards, who her husband assigned to watch her for suspicious reasons, who just so happens to have a past with Nerine. (Not a very smart husband…LOL).

Possessive men, angst and spicy scenes are my life!!!

I can’t wait to read the next book!!!!
