The author writes interestingly enough giving revealing anecdotes on the subject. Unfortunately, there was just too much of Brand's indelicate events and over-sharing, too much for me. I do appreciate Russell Brand for his more intelligent thoughts that encompass an almost conversative bent, and for his unique style of humor (not the bad language, call me a prude, I am, it is just that the chronic use of expletives manage to diminish a person).
