Very helpful and Encouraging

I feel as if I was reading my situation and struggles, although there was stuff I did not agree with in philosophy and theology of ministry his passion and resilience for ministry is contagious. I especially identified with the chapter on resilience in ministry. Very encouraging.

Honest Leadership

Pastor Wyrostek gives a heartfelt and honest plea for the local Church to "begin again" the call of Jesus to make disciples. He gives practical advise and is totally honest about his struggles as a pastor establishing practical discipleship in the Church. I recommend this to pastors and leaders of congregation!
