Timid librarian Michelle has one night with gorgeous Raphael Silver. A hero in her eyes, he saved her friend Vicki from getting date raped.
He’s wicked.
Dominant Raphael can’t resist showing his shy little mouse a taste of his world. With just giving her a taste, he forces himself to let her go. He changes his mind in taking her fully into his world because he can’t taint something so pure.
When her best friend’s wedding day arrives, can they avoid each other without going up in flames? Michelle appears as if she has moved on, but has Raphael?
Or are they both wickedly tied?

ALWAYS YOUR FRIENDLY neighborhood cosmic secretary of romance, Emma Rider has been weaving stories since she was about five, writing and acting out plays about princes and princesses for her parents often. She currently resides in the East Coast with her husband and two standard poodles. She loves to read, needs to write, and has a love/hate relationship with cooking--but she can be found doing any of these. If she's not found doing any of these, she's probably practicing martial arts, dabbling in graphic design or pestering friends with movie quotes. She loves romance, loves happy endings and especially loves writing them.

Michelle is the quiet type. By day she works as a librarian and by night she writes erotic romance. Uninterested in one-night stands, her love life in non-existant. That is until her friends drag her out for a night of clubbing and she meets the rich and sexy Raphael. For a novelette, Wickedly Tied packs quite a punch. It is fast paced and well-written. The story touches on the world of S&M but doesn’t get too violent, and the sex scenes are small but descriptive. Character development is limited and the storyline is a bit rushed but this is ok as it’s meant to be a fun, entertaining read rather than a piece of literary writing. I did struggle at times to keep up with the different characters but I think it was because this is the third book in a series and I haven’t read the first two. Wickedly Tied was a fun read and I did enjoy it even without having read the whole series. Would I recommend it? Yes I would, although you may want to start from the first book in the series, Tied to the Boss.
