Great book, good audiobook. It removes a lot of the highfalutin aspects of magick ritual. I enjoyed the ease of which the rituals are described. Personally I have an observers fascination with magick, I don't know that I would ever try a real ritual, but if I ever wanted to, I would study this books interpretation of how to do so. In my limited knowledge of this, I will classify this genre as Chaos Magick because it opens up the practice to those who want an...Ala cart approach to magick ritual.

A great book with so so many rituals done in the New Hermetics style which Newcomb has adapted from Franz Bardon's system. But it is not just meditational/guided imagination/light trance work, there are practices for invocation and evocation of angelic and olympic beings. Sometimes this is just the level of practice I look to do and for that it has worked well for me over the years. This and Practical Enochian Magick are Newcomb's two best works I think.
